Democracy Now!
There’s an old saying “keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.” With that in mind, on Friday morning I listened to Democracy Now! on the Pacifica Radio Network. For those of you unfamiliar with either the show or the network, it is what Air America aspires to be. It is a bastion of socialist, anti-capitalist, anti-American propaganda.

On Friday morning, Democracy Now! was airing a piece on the protesters at the DNC. An enlightened young lady, one can only presume decked out in dreadlocks with beads and a full length hemp dress on, said it is her goal to end “the war.” Too many Afghanis, Iraqis, and Palestinians have died.

Hmm, I wonder why she didn’t mention Israeli’s, Spanish, or Americans?

Now I know why in 1968 the original Mayor Daley did what he did.
