How is it that Kofi being responsible for UNSCAM (and for that matter the genocide in the former Yugoslavia), who’s son was on the take with UNSCAM, is going to be the greater reformed of the UN?

Or maybe, like I said earlier, reform has become an empty word that politicians use for “style points”.
