FOXNews.com - U.S. & World - Boy Handed Over in Three-Way Custody Battle
A summary, because the story is confusing, and you need a scorecard.
Boyfriend and Girlfriend make a baby.
It indicates she alleges an assault, but not by whom. Only that it was “In the residence.” As the feminized media lapdogs don’t label the mother’s ex as an abuser, it’s my guess she made a false allegation against him, and he wasn’t prosecuted.
Anyway.
They break up. She finds oput she was pregnant and doesn’t inform the Baby’s father. She decides to give the baby up for adoption without telling him.
(In court parlance one tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. An omission of the truth fails the whole truth test. This is called “Perjury” which is a legal term for a lie. In Florida, one has to give the father the right of first refusal, by signing an affadavit which affirms this. This makes her guilty of perjury, and thus, a LIAR.)
He finds out about it, and files for custody. A court agrees with him.
In order to punish him, and keep him from getting ciustody, she decides to change her mind and take the baby back.
As of right now, she has the baby, and the father has “liberal visitation.”
I list this as a partial victory. The down side is that a vindictive little bitch who didn’t want the baby to begin with nonetheless has custody, and has prevented a father from raising his child. The up side is that the Courts have recognized that a man - a FATHER - has a right to be a parent to his child, and has awarded liberal visitation. Pity, since he is the parent who actually wanted the kid, he ought to have full custody.
It’s partial victory because the courts have recognized the self-evident wrongnjess of a man being denied his right to be a parent to his child because a woman wants to use a child as a weapon to hurt him.
The big losers are the adoptive couple who this little witch led on, and then yanked the rug out from, and a boy who was denied a father who wants him being in the custody of a mother who didn’t want him.
It is another step up for fathers, though. Not a big one, and certainly not without mixed results, but it is there. Hopefully the next court, one not so much in the pocket of the Feministas, will come to the obvious conclusion that since she didn’t want the baby to begin with, the next father should be the one with custody.
If there were real justice, the prospective adoptive coupkle would be suing “Mummy” for fraud, in promising goods she was legally unentitled to deliver. And in a really perfect world, she’d be facing felony charges. Well, one step at a time.
Keep the pressure on. We are moving ahead in this, slowly but surely.
