I’m not sure I know how to respond to this. Apparently we now need government to keep people with AIDS from having sex by locking them up. This is the kind of people that the University of Illinois produces nowadays.
Slightly related is a story my wife told me about a community psychology class she took, where the class went on a collective rant about why women without college educations should not be allowed to have children or be sterilized to prevent them from doing so.
And you thought the eugenic movement was dead.
