Key Points:
- Terri is not braindead. She can move and interact with the world around her.
- Her husband has a severe conflict of interest even if he isn’t responsible for the events that led to her condition.
- The judge did not appoint a guardian for Terri and instead is acting as it himself, which he should not be doing.
- Terri can be rehabilitated and there is testimony on record saying so.
- Terri has injuries that are not conducive to a stroke (e.g. spinal cord injury) and an investigation should be done.
- Terri’s parents have offered to give Terri’s husband everything just to let her live. All the assets, the settlement, and a divorce. Her husband will not take it.
