Dear Main-stream media and anyone else too lazy to use the dictionary,
“Insurgents” are people who stand for an ideology contrary to that of the govenment in power.
“Terrorists” are people with no ideology, an appetite for power and money and blow things up and kill people to get them.
If you can tell me the ideology of the “insurgents”, I’ll let you use it.
Otherewise, ladies and gentleman, the “mot juste” is “terrorists.”
