Many folks are disturbed by the Dover decision, but I would like to point out that this result was expected. The Discovery Institute had only given the school board a 10% chance of winning the case and infact had requested that they drop the case. The school baord members made unhelpful comments under oath and outside the court room. Ultimately, the case was a repudiation of the way the school board members. Unfortunately, the judge also put on his judicial activist hat and went far beyond his mandate. I have also enclosed a link which helps dispute the Darwinists mouthpiece point by point.
