   For everyone like this where the accuser publically admits what happened, there are dozens where there is never any recantation. Lots of innocent men are in prison.

   This will go down in history as far worse than the salam witch trials. Far more lives are being destroyed.

   The behavior of the judge and prosecutor is shameful. The girl’s words are gold when she is very young and accuses these boys. When she is somewhat older and says the boys are innocent, they attack her. They want to believe their system is flawless. It isn’t.

   This is almost identical to what happened with my children and I except that those accused by the mother were neighbors instead of cousins, the mother herself is a pedophile, the mother also admitted under oath to lying about paternity under oath to get money, and the children are still living with their mother.

   Some of what else is the same: denial of truth and justice by the judges and prosecutors to cover their own backside, safe haven for pedophiles in the state of Iowa, it was all about child custody, anybody coming forward with the truth would be a traitor to the mother and her family, mother spending time with pedophiles (both convicted and not).

   This girl is a far better person than her mother, the judge, and the prosecutor will ever be. Maybe that’s because she lives with her father, while most children who have this done to them still languish with their sick and twisted lying mother.

   The most amazing part of this story to me is that ABC actually reported it. Innocent men and children are suffering the most injustice America has seen since slavery, all because lawyers, judges, and prosecutors are more concerned with maintaining the family law racket than they are with truth, justice, or children.

   What this girl made public is not unusual. All sorts of allegations are made against men in divorce and custody situations to gain instant control of children and marital assets. This often involves coaching children, brainwashing them, or being overly permissive so the children do not want to live with the father.

   Children in these situations are survivors. They are afraid to go against the “lioness at the gate”. They do this to avoid hell at home.

   And yes, this style of parental alienation is very commonly known.

   I was told by a support-group friend, who also was an MSW, that divorced fathers often have to wait until the child is in his/her 20’s, and living independently from the mother, before the broken side of this triangle gets broken down in the child’s mind.

   Then, the child is very interested in dad, perhaps intensely interested. When the children finally figure out why they really didn’t have a father all those years, they are often angry at mom. Some even terminate their relationship with the mother over it.

   We saw this in the now-debunked PBS special “Breaking the Silence: Children’s Stories”. If any silence was broken in that documentary, it is the fact that false abuse allegations are levied by the so-called “protective parent” [read: mother], this recent ideological spin invented by feminists to discourage judges from questioning the mother’s actions.

   Feminists are in deep trouble here: a lot of judges now know that false DV and false child abuse allegations are abused rampantly for perverse motives.

   Alienating a child against another parent is a very serious act of child abuse. You cannot see the wounds, but they deeply and irrevocably affect children for years. Some of them never recover, or become twisted for life.

   We are seeing a wall of child sexual abuse by women. The media is no longer afraid to print this because feminists are losing power. We will see the same happen with parental alienation — there are many people in the media who care about children, and won’t let feminists and their lawyers continue this silent Hitlerian attempt to take over the family.

   I hope you are right about the feminazis losing power.
   why not write a article about it?
   VAWA was reauthorized,it shouldnt have been authorized at all, ever.
   the scary part is what will replace the feminazis in the vacuum created by the fems losing power, they are paired with a lot of really anti-american groups.
   who will they pass the torch to?
   also how will all of the anti father/man policies and cultural bias be removed?

   I agree with most of what David Usher says, but I don’t think the feminazis will lose power. If you look at how feminism became law in European nations, we are progressing along the same path. VAWA was reauthorized, family law continues to favor women. We are also due for a political realignment. I suspect dissatisfaction with Bush and the popular desire for change will put the Democrats and feminists back into power very soon.

   Eventually the feminists will lose, but things will get a whole lot worse before they get a whole lot better.

   An ‘example’ story. One of probably thousands when someone eventally gets around to doing some serious academic study of the Decline of Truth in the Western World. Bravo this girl for speaking out. Bravo the ones who distance themselves from the lies and mendacities of their ‘protective’ parent. Protective only as in a hunchbacked guard at the entrance to the treasure cave.

   Davis Usher’s commentary as usual is insightful but shows how easy and how desired it is to see progress which isn’t so readily apparant to others. The feminists are NOT on the retreat. They are NOT losing ground. Their influence and power is so insidious in our society that it gets overlooked in its ‘normality’. It is only lately that some semblance of understanding of the true situation is leaking out under the door. Behind the door, the bath is overflowing. The corruption of our Courts; the outrageous mendacities of our Judges, who couldn’t judge a dog show; the rapaciousness of our lawyers who are interested only in money and notoriety; our police personnel who walk closed-eye into situations like the TV actors they emulate, following the script.

   Its a fucking disgrace. And our children’s souls are not just being ‘abused, they are being flayed. The mopping up of feminism will take a hundred years.

   The family court system has nothing to do with “justice” as this article clearly indicates. The feminists now seem to have the backing of many so-called “conservatives”. Until men either gain some political muscle, or simply refuse to participate in the “system” by refusing marriage, this will continue.

   Feminists will not admit retreat any more than Saddam Hussein will.

   The fact is this: in the past month, we got funding for men into VAWA, and we got PBS to do something it has never done before in its 25-year history — fund a replacement documentary out of its own pocket to replace “Breaking the Silence”.

   You know you are becoming effective when you can stop the advance of the other side. But you are truly becoming effective when you can get your own policies and legislation passed.

   It took feminists 45 years to destroy marriage. It will take quite some time to pry them out of power. We will win because the facts, the truth, and wisdom are on our side.

    This is why men living in the USA should absolutely never marry nor have children. For any man who wants these things, I recommend expatriation.

    It’s simply too dangerous and there is way too much risk to a man’s freedom and property to even consider marriage or children within the US jurisdiction.

    If a man living in the USA wants a meaningful relationship, there is always family, friends and pets. If a man in this country wants sex, there’s plenty of that, usually for free. It’s called sport-sex. Liberated, independent american women appear quite eager to provide this, so why not enjoy it?

    The practice of American men importing wives from third world countries seems to be gaining popularity. This needs to be treated much like importing cheap foreign automobiles. A tariff should be placed on these women so that the domestic wife market can stay competitive with the cheaper foriegn wives. The government can even start an add campaign encouraging men to “Buy American”.

    Sure, we got “funding into VAWA”. Just like affirmative action is for “all Americans”; just like feminism will “strengthen relationships”; just like Islam will “moderate it’s views”.

    If you open your eyes and look at societies where the feminist revolution is almost complete – the UK and Sweden, you’ll see cultures with no confidence, losing population and completely politicized.

    The “Marriage Movement” is dead on arrival. Women won’t give up the “power” the feminists have given them. Historically, when you give women power over reproduction, they choose a life of pleasure over reproduction.

    Facts and wisdom are rarely part of successful political or social movements. It’s all about emotion – where women reign supreme.

    - though perhaps cybro is still correctly forecasting the future by means of the very illogic, etc., now prevailing: anything goes now, in what appears to be a reification of the very Hobbesian State of Nature itself.

    But I am [humbly] encouraged by the insight expressed by all of you above. By our very natures I think all we can do is live literally by our wits and do whatever we think we have to do/should do in the interest of rationality and morality – including justice. It seems to be a necessary burden, as far as I can now tell.

    Some positives in my view include: 1] I have remained alive and have actually gotten stronger in the process of this battle; 2] my children [3f, 1m] are like me – and not like their mothers – and specifically reject irrationality and gender feminism; and 3] the www might function as a virtual silver bullet somehow – or at least as holy water to the vampires amongst us.

    exellent analogy comparing american wimmin (not all but most)to vampires, it fits on so many levels!
    they get “bit” by feminism,
    become monsters,
    then suck the life blood out of there victims (men).there are usually many victims of one vamp.
    they are ravenous and their thirst never is satisfied.
    now if only they would burst into flames when sunlight hits them….(sigh)

    To me, Cybro is emulating the simplicity of the opposition towards males, and with more intellectual honesty, but not quite as devious as the truth in this case. Although it applied particularly to illegal aliens, the feminist agitprop on this subject I’ve seen delves into how the brutish American men are routinely importing/marrying foreign women only to perform acts of domestic violence upon them with reckless abandon, and we therefore need to double the bill to taxpayers for funding VAWA, double the number of female-only shelters, double the number of arrests for domestic abuse, and double the number of fatherless children and welfare cases that have been rescued by Uncle Sam’s huge teet. Oh, and open borders will help solve this problem too.
