Busy weekend!

Very light blogging over the last few days.  Sunday was a banquet, hosted at a local science fiction club.  I spent the week before cooking for 50, and Thursday through Sunday pulling it all together.

Feeding a crowd is quite a challenge, but I seem to be getting better at it.  And no, I have no plans to take up catering for a living.
