Sure, it is headed to civil court. That’s how the judiciary works now. You use the PC farce the criminal courts have become as a stepping stone to cash in on the phony kangaroo civil courts. Anybody can do it, except white males of course. But the lawyers are making a lot of money, and isn’t that what’s really important?
