Repeal All Gun Laws. You Read Me Right.

One of my suggestions for the Top Ten of the Stand Your Ground Movement’s mission statement or agenda to was to repeal all gun laws.

That’s right; repeal all gun laws. And, no, I’m not out of my mind.

The Top Ten were only starting points, and repealing all gun laws was a very sincere one. Believe me when I say that it’s good for the country. The list is a reflection of American values which are being discouraged more and more every day in order that the nation be looted. Where the Household is the Stronghold of resistance to adversity in America, it is the Number One Target on the world stage, and I mean the World Stage. Recapturing those values is the only simple thing we need to do to recapture the nation, and courage is one of those values.

I advocate due process and follow-through on all of those.

So, why would a former Paramedic be for guns?

Well, as I’ve said many times, it’s not about guns, it’s about governance.

Citizens in America are sovereign, which means that the individual is the supreme authority here. Some people think that’s an unwanted burden. Americans know it’s Creator-given, burden or not.

Sovereignty. Liberty. Burden or birth-right? People come down on the side that tells the most of their beliefs and values system. They’re either brave and support values and courage to the benefit of all, or they’re cowardly and support surrender to officials to the detriment of the rest of us.

I’ve also said these two things: 1) the war on crime, the war on drugs and the war on poverty have not worked because this is not where crime is fought.

Crime is fought instance by instance by facing down grave danger with your authority and superior force. Tying the hands of citizens to fight back cultivates violent crime to the advantage of officials who thrive on crisis. Discredit and revoke go-nowhere national anti-crime policies to untie the hands of citizens and watch the country grow even further.

I agree with my libertarian friends that the war on drugs is futile. Worse, it’s a scam, like a protection racket.

Criminals do not fear police, but they do fear armed citizens, another of the best kept secrets in the debate. Same authority, different policy.

2) I’ve also said that privacy is the safeguard against mistake, abuse and retaliation. Intrusion into one’s private life is usually verboten without jury oversight, but when people lie to get a warrant – it’s easier to obtain forgiveness than to obtain permission – many an honest person has been railroaded. Other abuses occur all the time.

And William Pitt said this: Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human liberty; it is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

What is America being told about necessity for infringing on our liberties today?

Most Americans have forgotten or do not like the idea that though we delegate authority and force to our officials, we have not surrendered any of our own authority and force. Thus, we have two co-existing entities of lawful force here: one we delegate to servants and one we reserve for ourselves in the immediate absence of those servants.

Just as our laws are backed by force, so our personal sovereignty is backed by force. Our lawful individual force.

The move is on to disarm you and relieve you of that force to which you are guaranteed by the Constitution, by talking you out of it by peer pressure, media, lies, abandonment of critical thinking and other subtle tactics, including not-so-subtle illegal sting operations.

On that subject, The United Nations wants to disarm Americans on the grounds of alleged worldwide illegal trafficking in weapons. Well, some observe that such transfers are not illegal, and that the truly illegal trade is nearly insignificant.

And finally, the thing I dislike about the Quarantine laws regarding the anticipated Bird Flu pandemic is that their plans might not be so unreasonable and fearsome if they weren’t backed by force. Life gets worse in nations where only officials have all the force.

[With skin patches and nasal spray delivery systems for modern vaccines, one has to wonder why officials want to use the injection as the delivery system of choice. Would it happen to be so they can deliver an RFID Chip into the muscle which can’t be delivered by patch or spray?]

Put them all together and what do you have?

You have a nation of sovereign people where the sovereignty is being mashed, disrespected and ignored, discouraged as passe, even punished, made anti-social and then attacked from neighbors and the U.N., all with the cooperation of our own officials.

Why all of these moves to take away guns (sovereignty) when not one of these laws will ever touch the criminal?

Probably because our sovereignty (our rightful authority and our rightful use of force) stands in the way of looting the country. It’s easy to get cooperation when the People believe they’re cooperating for the common good, and it’s a lie when you’re asked to give up your very means of protection.

There are billions upon billions to be made by middlemen and surveillance advocates. At the expense of your rights.

Your sovereignty, in the process.

The beginning of the solution is, of course, to get rid of all gun laws – as well as dropping the War On Poverty, the War On Drugs, and the War On Crime – because criminals don’t obey laws, and these wars only tie the hands of the law-abiding who need weapons for personal self-defense when facing grave danger alone.

Defeat all go-nowhere, anti-crime laws and you defeat the need for intrusions, hi-tech surveillance and, of course, supervision of the law-abiding.

Law enforcement cannot protect individuals, and oftentimes, individuals can do a better job of it, because they’re already on scene, they already have the authority, and if they choose not to be a victim, it all usually works, if officials would get out of the way.

Repealing all gun laws will free law enforcement assets for things they were originally developed for and best equipped to do: apprehension, evidence collection, administration of justice, you get the idea. Meanwhile, police have no duty to protect individuals, and you can’t sue them if they don’t.

Remember that you do not fight crime by chasing it: crime is best fought by facing it down when it faces you. Armed individuals can do one thing that turns it all around: an armed person can stop the situation from escalating.

It’s not about guns, and it’s not about crime: it’s about using violent crime to do the dirty work of creating justification for intense go-nowhere anti-crime policies; it’s about looting America and pushing aside your sovereign authority to say No to it, and your right to back your No with lawful force.

Officials will always want more and more, and that necessarily means that you pay for it all out of the balance sheet of your authority just as certainly as funding unwelcome programs comes out of your taxes.

Just as an aside, I had spoken on the air with Liberal talk show host Michael Jackson several years ago. Jackson’s against guns, so I asked him if he owned a gun. He answered, “No comment.”

Of course, that answer is hostile to your rights for the following reason: in being against guns, he wants to take them away from you, yet Jackson reserves for himself the very core principle of concealed carry of handguns, namely. . . to keep them guessing.

The citizen is the ultimate authority in America.

On this Memorial Day, I want to call attention to the soldiers and sailors who serve, and I want to mention thanks to the civilians who fight for liberty in due process and follow-through in media, education and elsewhere, and to all the moms and dads who teach it – the individuals who understand that if you don’t hand down knowledge of your rights, you might as well hand them over.

To each and every one of you, I say thank you for joining the fight for me and my kids, and their kids, and their kids.

Protecting your neighbor’s weapons is to protect your own right to run your home the way you want, and this reaches down through the generations. The ony thing we’re talking about is facing grave danger alone. In our judgment, on our authority.

And finally, one more thing in the instruction to repeal all gun laws: because we say so.

In such a debate, we do not need reasons, proof, exhibits or anything, because we have the authority. If we do furnish such exhibits or reasons, it could only educate people on their values and authority, but they shouldn’t be necessary if officials take orders instead of giving them. If the People say to repeal all gun laws, then we repeal all gun laws.

If there’s positively any balking, any worry about what would happen if there were no more gun laws, my answer to public servants is this: Why don’t you let us worry about that?”

Indeed. And I’d repeat the question for the record.

Repeal all gun laws and restore the sovereignty of both gun owner citizens and non-gun owner citizens alike.

It’s good for the country.

I strongly agree with repealing all gun laws (unconstitutional anyway), and decriminalizing drugs, stopping the wars on Poverty and Crime, and letting citizens take the responsibility that is supposed to be theirs for stopping such things.

However, I think you’re being a little over-the-top paranoid for suggesting that RFID chips would be included in vaccinations. The other delivery methods you mention are more expensive, and would take time to ramp up production. Plus, the production of that many RFID chips would entail so many people that there’s no way it could be hidden. To suggest otherwise seriously reduces your credibility for the rest of the article, which is otherwise right on target.

I get that, wblackburn. You could be right.

Only, one thing: we don’t have to be right. We’re already right when we object and say No. We’re sovereign, remember?

RFID is already licensed by FDA for human implantation, it already has a patent since around 1972, and ramping up for any portion of the action is no problem.

Check out RFID as a Google Alert Term to be notified by e-mail of any articles on the subject throughout the day. You’ll see industry articles in support of my apprehension. When Quarantine or other crisis becomes large, you’ll have your numbers of people delivering it under federal direction, and it’ll be compulsory. There goes the idea that it can’t be hidden.

Write back and we’ll talk about my credibility.

I was slightly unclear yesterday about credibilty issues. I was referring to appearance of credibility to the majority of people, when discussing issues like RFID Chips. Many people are going to see that and think “Conspiracy Nut”, and discount the rest of the article.

Now, as for being compulsory, the RFID chips are not yet small enough that they can be delivered through a standard needle. They are about the size of a rice grain, and a needle large enough to deliver them will look like a fire hose compared to a standard needle. There are many people who, while they don’t really believe that such a thing would come to pass, would also refuse such a thing violently enough that after they left, the person delivering the vaccine would be in no shape to do it again, and this is a known fact to the government, so I’m not really afraid of them forcing such a system on us at this time.

Let me suggest again the following: Enter RFID into the Google Alert system to be apprized of any industry news on the subject. You’ll be surprised about the technical breakthroughs and plans on the table.

You may not know this, but RFID is no longer a grain of rice sized unit: they can now print them in ink - they can do a lot to reduce the dimensions to a lot smaller than rice.

And the data capacity need not be especially great; all they want is to number people under color of some crisis and you have no say-so to resist. The real data is in data sharing of that file resident on computer and simply keyed to that number. Simple.

Such a chip would definitely inject through a 16 gauge needle into the arm.

Secret FEMA Plan To Use Pastors as Pacifiers in Preparation For Martial Law
Nationwide initiative trains volunteers to teach congregations to “obey the government” during seizure of guns, property, forced inoculations and forced relocation
      Paul Joseph Watson/Prison Planet.com | May 24 2006
A Pastor has come forward to blow the whistle on a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for a declaration of martial law, property and firearm seizures, and forced relocation.
In March of this year the Pastor, who we shall refer to as Pastor Revere, was invited to attend a meeting of his local FEMA chapter which circulated around preparedness for a potential bio-terrorist attack, any natural disaster or a nationally declared emergency.
The FEMA directors told the Pastors that attended that it was their job to help implement FEMA and Homeland Security directives in anticipation of any of these eventualities. The first directive was for Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13, the often taken out of context bible passage that was used by Hitler to hoodwink Christians into supporting him, in order to teach them to “obey the government” when martial law is declared.
It was related to the Pastors that quarantines, martial law and forced relocation were a problem for state authorities when enforcing federal mandates due to the “cowboy mentality” of citizens standing up for their property and second amendment rights as well as farmers defending their crops and livestock from seizure. It was stressed that the Pastors needed to preach subservience to the authorities ahead of time in preparation for the round-ups and to make it clear to the congregation that “this is for their own good.”
We have received confirmation from other preachers and Pastors that this program is a nationwide initiative and a literal Soviet model whereby the churches are being systematically infiltrated by government volunteers and used as conduits for martial law training and conditioning. The Pastor was told that over 13,000 counties were already on board.
It falls under the umbrella of the NVOAD program which is training volunteers in a “Peer to Peer” program in a neighborhood setting.
Pastors were told that the would be backed up by law enforcement in controlling uncooperative individuals and that they would even lead SWAT teams in attempting to quell resistance.

Police provide cover for a FEMA house-by-house search in New Orleans.
“We get the the picture that we’re going to be standing at the end of some farmer’s lane while he’s standing there with his double barrel, saying we have to confiscate your cows, your chickens, your firearms,” said Pastor Revere.
The Pastor elaborated on how the directives were being smoke screened by an Orwellian alteration of their names.
“They’re not using the term ‘quarantine’ - this is the term they’re going to be using - it’s called ’social distancing’ don’t you like that one,” said the Pastor.
He also highlighted how detention camps had been renamed to give them a friendly warm veneer.
“Three months ago it was quarantine and relocation centers and now it’s ‘community centers’ and these are going to be activated at the local schools,” he said.
Pastor Revere outlined the plan to carry out mass vaccination and enforced drugging programs in times of crisis such as a bird flu outbreak.
“In the event of an outbreak or a bio-terrorist attack, there’d be a mass vaccination….they have a program nationwide ‘Pills in People’s Palm In 48 Hours’,” said the Pastor who was told that Walmart had been designated as the central outlet of this procedure.
Pastor Revere said that many attendees believed in the necessity of the program and were completely unaware to the motivations behind its true purpose and were offered incentives to become volunteers such as preferential treatment and first access for themselves and their families to vaccines and food shipments in times of emergency.
Which roads to close off after martial law was declared had also already been mapped out.
The precedent for mass gun confiscation in times of real or manufactured emergency was set during Hurricane Katrina when police and national guard patrols forced homeowners even in areas unaffected by the hurricane to hand over their legally owned firearms at gunpoint as is detailed in the video below.

In the following video Alex Jones exposes FEMA’s deliberate sabotage of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts which were used as a platform for a beat test of forced relocation and gun confiscation.

Alex Jones’ 2001 documentary film 9/11: The Road to Tyranny featured footage from a FEMA symposium given to firefighters and other emergency personnel in Kansas City in which it was stated that the founding fathers, Christians and homeschoolers were terrorists and should be treated with the utmost suspicion and brutality in times of national emergency.
We have highlighted previous training manuals issues by state and federal government bodies which identify whole swathes of the population as potential terrorists. A Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Law Enforcement pamphlet gives the public characteristics to identify terrorists that include buying baby formula, beer, wearing Levi jeans, carrying identifying documents like a drivers license and traveling with women or children.
A Virginia training manual used to help state employees recognize terrorists lists anti-government and property rights activists as terrorists and includes binoculars, video cameras, pads and notebooks in a compendium of terrorist tools.
Shortly after 9/11 a Phoenix FBI manual that was disseminated amongst federal employees at the end of the Clinton term caused waves on the Internet after it was revealed that potential terrorists included, “defenders of the US Constitution against federal government and the UN, ” and individuals who “make numerous references to the US Constitution.” Lawyers everywhere cowered in fear at being shipped off to Gitmo.
In December 2003 the FBI warned Americans nationwide to be on the lookout for people reading Almanacs as this could indicate an act of terrorism in planning. Almanacs are popular glove box inventory of any vehicle and this ludicrous fearmongering was met with a raucous response from satirists and news commentators.
In another twilight zone Nazi-like spectacle, Pastors were asked to make a pledge or an affirmation during the meeting to fulfil the roles ascribed to them by FEMA. They were given assurances that they would be covered by full compensation in the event of resisters injuring them during property seizures and round-ups.
The Pastor said that his county had already succumbed to a tattle-tale like mentality where neighbors were reporting neighbors to the authorities for things like having chickens in their back yard. The brown shirt precedent has been set whereby people immediately turn to the authorities in fealty whenever their paranoid suspicions, fueled by zealous government and media fearmongering, are heightened.
Pastor Revere said the completion of the first stage of the program was slated for August 31st. At this point all the counties within the United States would be networked as part of the so-called disaster relief program.
We issue a challenge to all of our readers to print off this article and the supporting documents and confront their local preacher with it. If they don’t receive a response within a week they should investigate further into whether their preacher is involved and hand out information to other members of the congregation.
