“The ability of the judiciary to determine the rule of law without fear or favor is an indispensable prerequisite to our democratic society,”

However, when the rule of law blatantly discriminates against one group – as is statistically evident in custody cases – the people have an obligation to ’send a message’. Unfortunately – when the messages that are being sent are not being listened to (shared parenting, for example) then the people need to draw attention, one way or another, to the completely bogus and dangerous family court system in this country.

Yes – it is dangerous work – particularly when men are overtly discriminated against, as is obvious by even the weakest statistical analysis.

    EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW??
Now THAT is a crock if there ever was one.

“The ability of the judiciary to determine the rule of law without fear or favor is an indispensable prerequisite to our democratic society,” Specter said when the bill was introduced.

Well then Senator, drop the favor and there will be nothing to fear. I know, I know, the return on investment is greater to increase security rather than to dispense justice fairly and equally.

“I don’t know how many judges and staff members have to be murdered before we as a society acknowledge this is dangerous work,” Berry said.

What person with any sense at all would believe that taking children from fathers who have done nothing wrong, then using that as an excuse to take his money would not be “dangerous work”?

Frankly, I don’t know how many judges “have to be murdered before we as a society” force them to stop destroying families as an excuse to seize the money they want so badly.

The family court judge is the criminal. The law is an abomination against men. Let the judge try walking a mile in my shoes and see how far he gets before he cops an attitude.
