“A man sought by police Thursday in the slaying of his estranged wife and the attack on a family court judge left a phone message saying he wanted “the true story” to get out to the public, his cousin said.”
“His cousin, Jeffrey Donner, said he received a phone message from Mack shortly after the shooting, saying, “‘If anything happens to me, please make sure that the true story about the injustices that are going on in that courtroom get out to the media and the public.’”
I consider Mack a hero.
I consider the judge evil. If he dies or is permanently disabled that would be a-ok with me.

I still do not believe Darren Mack did the courthouse shooting himself. The killing of his wife was too messy. It may have been planned, and the opportunity was when she was at the house to hand over their child, but having two potential witnesses around, the child and the friend, was a bit risky.
Having said that, it appears Mack chose a strategy where there is no hiding who done it. Rather, he chose a strategy where he gets away during the few hours of head start between the time of the killing and the time the police become aware of the killing and start their manhunt.
Consistent with this strategy would have been giving a hitman the Bushmaster rifle, to further lead the police astray. If the police are placing Mack at the parking garage at 11:05 am, they may be hundreds of miles off of his actual location at that point in time.
The advantage of using a hitman is that the hitman knows what he is doing, can set up a sniper nest and wait for the judge to present himself at the window, possibly having performed a dry run to observe the judge’s habits and compare to the daily hearing schedule. 11:00 to 11:30 the judge would be in his chambers with a habit of looking out the window. The hitman took his shot and egressed before the police were able to respond.
Hundreds or thousands of miles away, Darren Mack would be proceeding to his new destination, identity, and life. I would not be surprized if he dyed his hair blonde and is growing a beard.
Under this scenario, Judge Weller is still in danger. The hitman has not completed his contract. I do not believe he was hired solely for the diversionary purpose.

Interesting theory RK
In any event, this is not going to end up as a ‘crime of passion’ even though it probably really started out as such.

Don’t condone shooting a judge! It’s a good thing that people are becoming aware of the injustice of family court, but there doesn’t need to be mass killing, just mass awareness.
A much better strategy is for every man who resists marriage and having children to announce his reasons to his friends and family and starts a blog or contributes to political action. The USA is still basically democratic and responds to morally right initiatives. Stop cooperating with being abused and the abuse will stop. Never marry, don’t have children and avoid the family courts at all costs.
No killing, no snipers. All it does is invite even more government controls.

I personally deplore the shooting of Judge Weller – but in this case the judge may have created his own monster.

This article has a ring of truth.
A father had an income with savings. Wife, family judge, and attorneys drive father into bankruptcy. Father hides from government.
There will be no sympathy for the guy, whether he did it or not, only more laws in the future to protect potential victims like feminist judges and wives from other bad men.
Marriage American Style.
When I read these stories, they firm up my commitment to remain unmarried.
When evil happens to evil people, I am thankful that I do not work in the divorce industry.

Like his family member said he snapped. Bad way to snap but when you are losing everything that you as a man feel you are made up of that things as tragic as this happen. Why is counselling in these custody battles for both parties. ie”not just the mother and children and alternative before the battles heat up and lead to senseless tragedy. When a person has no where to turn strange things can go through a persons mind. Now the family is even worse off and the system sorry to say is biased bigtime. With a lot of feminist and womens groups sticking their noses in and two cents. Yet the male has a lawyer and that is it. Sad Sad case and likely not the last. It could be stopped with impartiality in the courts.
Sad day for another so called family:
