Cynthia McKinney-Felononious Congresswoman is Above the Law!
Rep. Cynthia McKinney a Liberal Democrat is proof that Democrats feel they are above the law of the land.
She assaults a police officer by punching him and the court system lets her off scott free. No apology or acknowledgment that she did anything wrong.  She could have knifed the cop and walked, now that she thinks about it.
These are the people that want to take over the leadership of our nation. They’re all a bunch of felons! Play the race card and get away with anything.
A grand jury declined to indict Rep. Cynthia McKinney on Friday in connection with an incident in which she admitted hitting a police officer who tried to stop her from entering a House office building.The grand jury had been considering the case since shortly after the March 29 incident.
The confrontation led to much discussion on Capitol Hill about race and the conduct of lawmakers and the officers who protect them.

If a white male Republican Congressman had slapped a police officer…..
……. he would have been hounded out of office, indicted and charged with felony assault and battery.
Instead, that piece of human offal gets off with providing a fairly lame apology.
American justice depends upon whether one is born with a penis or a vagina…………..
…….not to mention political affiliation and skin color.
As a black female Representative from the Democrat Party, McKinney can probably assault anyone she cares to without fearing any indictments.
Whatever happened to “equal rights”?
Doesn’t it follow “equal responsibilities”?
American justice has become a farce, with different standards for behavior, based on sex, political party and skin color.
