Women didn't have to dodge the draft but they enjoyed voting rights denied to many vietnam soldiers under the age of 21. Is it "cowardice" to NOT be forced into fighting? Imagine if nazi soldiers had dodged the draft. Are men who refuse to pay "child support" for children that have been taken away from them and wind up effectively paying alimony "deadbeat dads?" Looking at the mexican illegals, it would be wise to maybe consider drafting them into service. It seems strange, but in the past criminals were offered the option of serving their time in the military.
