An Abundance of Reps Join Emile Goguen to Remove Margaret Marshall and the Associate Judges Who Signed Her Illegal Ruling on Gay Marriage
“Rep. Emile Goguen is thrilled because he’s no longer the only Rep backing his Resolution to remove Margaret Marshall and the three judges who signed her illegal ruling on gay marriage.”
“Many other Reps are also working to remove the four judges who violated the state Constitution. The leader of these Reps will not be Goguen but one of the many who are also lawyers.”
“It is necessary that the leader be a lawyer because those on the other side, Speaker Sal DiMasi and the President of the Senate Robert Travaglini, are experienced trial lawyers. Nevertheless, they are violating the state Constitution this day and every day that they do not allow a vote to be taken on Goguen’s Resolution.”
“DiMasi and Travaglini are violating the Constitution inasmuch as John Adams included the Removal of judges in the state Constitution when he wrote it in 1780. Adams included the Removal process because he had seen much oppression from appointed judges before our country was formally established with a Constitution in 1788. Those judges before then weren’t required to answer to the people for their official actions. It is painfully obvious that the Removal process which Adams wrote would mean nothing if the bosses of the legislature in 2006 could prevent a recorded vote from being taken of every member immediately after the Resolution is first introduced.”

Of course, the corrupt Massachusetts Legislature may think they can get away with not voting on Goguen’s Resolution but the removal of these judges will not be halted if in fact they attempt to. DiMasi is on record conceding that he must bring up the resolution. He HAS to. Up or down vote. Romney is on record that he will take the legislature to court and go as far as needed to force the issue.
One day these judges WILL be gone. Same-sex marriage will end in Massachusetts in 2008.
