  2. Every one of these orders is declared null and void by 42 U.S.C. §1994 and any enforcement fo same is the crime defined by 18 U.S.C. §1581. Slavery just happens to be illegal in the United States. Were these bozos absent when they went over this in school?
    The Antipeonage Act is a validly passed Act of Congress, duly authorized by Section 2 of the 13th Amendment, in force right now. The federal grand juries have some work to do.
