Of course, this is no safer than taming lions.
Worse. A lion is what it is, and will never pretend otherwise. It will never try to lull you into a false sense of security.
He’s also a Pakistani Muslim and they think women are subhuman.
The male equivalent of a feminazi. Their thoughts are immediately pasted onto moonbat websites as “examples” of real men. Praise the Lord for sites like MND.
And P.S. Mike, I don’t care about the ads. They are a fact of life. Don’t stress, do what you have to do.
The author of this piece admits he must win every conflict, cares nothing about his partner’s feelings, will walk out at the first sign of difficulty – AND admits he can’t be with her without dropping a few Viagra.
Yeah, he’s a real man…
Sounds more like a guy with no confidence in being a normal human being so he has to pretend to be hypermasculine. He’s also a Pakistani Muslim and they think women are subhuman. So, I guess his uberfeminist girlfriend found the right guy.
Notice the article used the word “cissies” which I guess is “sissies” in the USA.
Recently a radio talk show host in Boston was suspended for using the s-word to describe the inept bureaucrat responsible for the recent tunnel collapse in Boston.
It is now seen as an anti-gay slur even though the talk show host was not using it in that manner.
This writer is a charicature of himeself. And, he is NOT a feminist male. Feminists males are the wimps he complains about in his article. And, there is no such thing as feminist literature about having a good marriage (it will never be written because feminists consider marriage to be little more than a date and a vehicle to a child support order and entitled spinsterhood.
Rather, this writer is recovering feminist male who is addicted to taming powerful feminist women. Of course, this is no safer than taming lions. The feminist woman does not really need or love her significant other, rather, he is a piece of furniture to be traded at any time.
Men who think that feminist women are marriage or dating material might as well take up sky diving. Its safer, and you don’t feel the pain when you hit the ground.
Real men are those who expect women to be a part of their lives and marriage, and who are not afraid to connect with all those seemingly-drab women who have normal jobs and are normal people who just want a normal marriage with a man who needs and loves them just as much as they need and love their wives.
Moral: marriage is about establishing healthy equalitarian interdependencies that are not proscribed by either hard masculist or feminist values.
Men need to stop thinking that they ought to be pleasing others 24/7 and should be living their lives on their own terms.
Also known as “being a man”. You’ll get much more respect if you do. And your woman won’t treat you like crap.
Pretty good column. The comments are interesting too.
The single most important point in my opinion, and one in which I wholeheartedly agree with is that men ought not give one single damn what other people think. Both women and men. Men need to stop thinking that they ought to be pleasing others 24/7 and should be living their lives on their own terms.
