War on Terror More Lengthy than World War II? Blame Liberalism!
A reader in the San Francisco Bay area recently had a letter published in the San Jose Mercury News in which he cited some interesting facts about the length of the war on terror as compared to World War 11.
Unfortunately, the reader–obviously a biased liberal, made no attempt to explain why World War II was decided in so much less time.
The fact is that during World War II, both political parties were solidly behind the American troops and the U.S. president. Both parties wanted the United States to win.
There was no John Murtha, Nancy Pelsoi, John Kerry, or Howard Dean doing their best to cripple U.S. war efforts. The United States Supreme Court was not working against American interests. Mike Wallace had just barely reached retirement age.
Back then, there was no ACLU working 24/7 to destroy the U.S. military. The New York Times was not leaking highly sensitive information about government surveillance programs.
Most reporters and editors in the mainstream media were American patriots first and news professionals trying to sell war news second.
The bottom Line is that if the liberalism of 2006 had been around during World War II, America would still be fighting Japan, Germany and Italy.
Or, even worse, living under a Nazi and/or fascist regime.

I really don’t see the link between WWII and the current war on terror. Of course, we could have ended the war on terror if Canada has send a million-man army in the middle east as he had done in europe during WWII. But since total war is out of question, it will take time to fix that problem.
If we really want to compare numbers, the Cold War lasted longer than the two world wars, the korean war, the vietnam war and the war of terror re-united. Looks like I will need to post in the San Jose Mercury News too.
The truth is, some residents of San Francisco are lacking of both mathematical abilities and common sense.

“truth is, some residents of San Francisco are lacking of both mathematical abilities and common sense.”
Suggested rewording: Liberals in the Bay Area are nearly all without mathematical abilities and common sense.

Since I am not living in the area of San-Francisco, I can’t voutch for the mental abilities of the liberals living in this area.
Unlike others, I like to talk about solid facts not cute numbers put mindlessly together to get a twisted point across. Bending the truth to get a point is not a crime but bending it to a point you can do a “Baloon Animal” with it make you look like a clown.

Trust me–there is nothing to vouch for. Remember, they are liberals with “Baloon Animal†DNA.

Toubrouk, if you want to know the mindset of San Franciscans, go to zombietime.com. They’re nuts. I used to live just north of there, and they really are balloon animals.
