The judicials don't use Webster's, and get pissed when you do. I'm sure "peon" in their legal version has a different definition. What needs to be done is to scrap them and their legal dictionary,and put us all in the same book. Early English courts actually had their own version of English, used only by judicials to keep the commoners out.
