Doctors removed John’s feeding tube Monday so his throat could heal and he could get some sleep. Wednesday the plan to reinsert it was changed because he was no longer dehydrated. They wanted him to eat on his own, or at least to just be on a liquid diet. John declined, saying he’s starting over, no food or water at all, except a small amount of water to keep his mouth dry. His health was expected to decline more rapidly than the first time since he’s starting out in poor health, and it is.

When John called me this morning it was obvious he’s already feeling the effects of dehydration. He lost his train-of-thought a couple of times. At least this time he remembered after a moment. A few days ago John weighed around 145 lbs. Today he weighs 136. His blood sugar is 60, which is borderline. He plans on conserving his energy over the weekend. I don’t expect to hear from him again until Monday, which concerns me considering how quickly his health is declining. He asked one of the doctors if he can be on a schedule: using the tube for a few days, then off for a couple of days to heal. After the administrator is consulted he’ll find out their answer. Personally, as much as I would like that, I don’t expect them to agree.

First and foremost he wants me to thank all of you for your support. It means so much to him. John is praying at least 3 times a day and says it’s his faith that gives him the courage to follow his convictions. He says he appreciates your prayers and letters very much. (Please keep the letters coming.) He also wants me to remind everyone to be kind when acting on his behalf. He wants us to criticize the system, not individuals.

John’s attorney, Charles Keller, visited him in jail today. He told John that Judge Hedges made it clear he would not allow John to appear in front of him again, that John’s only choices were to accept probation or do the time. Mr. Keller expects to appear in front of an appellate judge early next week. He’s going to ask for a stay which would get John out of jail. John would appreciate donations to cover the paperwork. Mr. Keller has received over $300, but we need $400. Thank you to those who’ve donated!

I would like to know how many women are in jail for non payment of child support. Can anyone answer this? We have data indicating a higher percentage of mothers aren’t paying thier support. My experience supports this data. What is being done about this. Is this a gender issue? We know that these men only have one choice. Don’t have sex. The women hold all the cards and have all the choices and yet are not being held to the same measure that the men (whom have no choices) are being held to. When a man has kids he can’t afford the state puts him in jail. When a woman has kids she can’t afford the state gives her money and put’s some poor man in jail. Hmm…Equality? I don’t think so.

Women, pay child support? That can’t be! Only men are supposed to be abused by corrupt governmental agencies. In my case, the corrupt Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department has been literally stealing money from me (even though I have never, in six years, missed a single child support payment – not one) but that hasn’t stopped them.
As part of an e-mail campaign against them that I’ve just launched (details may be found at: http://www.lacochildsupport.org/horrors/viewtopic.php?t=7 I just receive a response from one of their employees. That response stated:
“While I can understand your anger and frustration, by sending unsolicited email to people at LA CSSD is not going to help. I seriously recommend you figure out how to use your anger towards more positive aspects of your life. And get some anger management therapy. I don’t know what your personal problems are and quite frankly I really have no interest in knowing. I have much more serious health problems to deal with. The real dispute is between you and your ex wife. You must have spent a considerable amount of time creating the fake CSSD website. Why are you wasting your time, time is precious use it to help people. If you seriously want to help Father’s (or in the legal lingo) Non-Custodial Parents, teach them how to navigate thru the legal labyrinth”
As you can see – only fathers are referred to in “legal lingo†as “non-custodial parents.†Oops, I almost forgot – I have LEGAL CUSTODY of my children because of the illegal actions of my deadbeat ex when she harmed my children. Oh well, I guess that doesn’t matter because I’m just a father.

Mr Murtari is just hurting himself, abused father is right. The way to fight these “terrorist bastards” is use there own law against them. However not in the conventional way.
I not going to go into to many details, except this. Our “legal system” is not the original SYSTEM OF LAW, we started with. The legal system is about money, power and control, it is evil!
A system of law is based on justice, fairness and righteous. It about right and wrong.
Now here is the point, the “legal system” is based on UCC and contractual law and it existe in conjunction with “real law” ( the constitution).
Now here the rub and the very thing the bastards who run the system never want you figure out.
The real law is superior to and supercede the Phoney legal system. Because this is so, there are remedies( ie loophole) in the legal system, because “real law” requires them to be there.
You can use these remedies to slow the bastards down and maybe even stop them.
Now understand this, the “terrorist” who run the system are not going to like you doing this and they will react badly. So be ready!
Now if you are like me, you are now at the point that they can’t hurt you anymore, the damage is done. So and going in fighting the bastards in no longer something to fear, Hell they are out to get you anyway, so stand up and fight.
