Emergency crews in Brazil continue to search the Amazon region where a plane carrying 155 people crashed Friday.
Authorities say it is unlikely there are any survivors from the Gol airlines flight. President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has declared three days of mourning.
The Boeing 737-800 went down in the jungle in Mato Grosso state, about 17-hundred kilometers northwest of Sao Paulo.
Authorities are investigating the possibility that the plane and a business jet made contact mid-air Friday before the crash. The business jet made an emergency landing and no one was injured.
Gol airlines Flight 1907 disappeared from radar after leaving the city of Manaus, bound for the capital city of Brasilia.
The crash would be Brazil’s deadliest air disaster if all 155 people aboard are confirmed dead.
