US President George W. Bush called for fighting America’s enemies “across the world” as he stepped up his counteroffensive following charges that his policies were breeding a new generation of Islamic terrorists.

    Billions of people around the world dream of going to America to live the good life.
    If America could just for once, stop trying to tell the rest of the world how to live their lives (by force if necessary), then it wouldn’t have any enemies.
