The new program is not meant to punish hunters who are behind on payments, but to pursue people who do not make the effort, according to Macomb County officials.

  2. Horse manure. It is meant to punish hunters for having children and getting divorced.
    The idea behind the 2nd Amendment is that if shit-headed officials get too full of themselves, then the citizenry has the option of declaring open season on them!
    Not that I would advocate and support such resort to violence! No suh!
