It is past saving. The outgoing Gen Sec is wasted, compromised by corruption. The incoming Gen Sec from South Korea will prove a caretaker whilest the body politic dies. I very much doubt he will even hear the call for a dose of medicine let alone do anything surgical. Call in the autopsy pathologist.
