As I recall the use of DNA evidence in criminal trials was still relatively new at the time O.J.'s criminal trial took place. Perhaps the pedantic technical jargon was just too overwhelming for the jury. The author failed to mention that O.J. was subsequently found guilty of murdering the two victims in the civil trial, where a lower level of proof was required, and the jury of O.J.'s peers was of a different racial and cultural make up. The tone of this article is IMO, insulting to the two victims and to all the innocent men who have been witch hunted for domestic violence after gender feminists used the double murders of Ron Goldman and Nicole Simpson, and the O.J. trial, as a “cause celeb” to push their man-hating, gender feminist, domestic violence agenda. The author’s comment (below), seems to cast aspersions on all battered husbands. “Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman died in a double suicide. Possibly because she felt guilty over the many wrongs she had perpetrated against America’s most famous “battered husband,” Personally, the article impressed me more as some sarcastic rant you might find on some gender feminist blog, that routinely hurls insults at men and battered husbands, than a credible piece of writing. If this was a suicide each cut would have been instant death for each participant and they would not have been able to inflict the additional injuries to themselves. There are so many other ways to attack this theory, but the point is made. Also, could we please not bring this annoying subject up again. The Juice is Toast.
