The false accuser ought to receive the same sentence, as the crime would have carried.

Why should women be exempt from felony prosecution after providing authorities with false accusations of rape?
If men are to be subject to criminal prosecution for rapes that they did not commit, risking their livelihoods, their jobs, access to their families, bank accounts, and their freedom then the very least that our nations’ justice systems could do would be to prosecute those scumbuckets who accuse them of rape under false pretenses!
Equal civil and social rights for men would mean that women could no longer throw rocks from behind walls.
