   The new law doesn’t allow a man who has paid child support to recoup past payments, or to seek legal action against a woman who may have deceived him or withheld information about other possible fathers.

   WHY IN THE HELL NOT!!???
   THIS IS FRAUD!!

   It is a start, not enough, but it is a start.
   Roger is right it is fraud and The victim does deserve to be paid back. followed by criminal and civil penalties against the woman and her accomplises , the state. Once these thieves have to give back what they stole, you will quickly find these “little racket” will lose its appeal.

   Typical special interest group: “Children First” really means “Man-hating feminazis willing to use children to get superior rights for females”.

   Why does most media feel they have to publish the feminazi spin anytime fundamental rights are under discussion for males? That is like saying you can’t have an article about ending slavery without letting the KKK distort the facts for the gullible and simple-minded folks who need to be told what to think.

   I raised a child for seven years when I found out it was all a big lie from a sleazebag scam artist willing to use a child to pull off fraud and get some easy money.

   Did I want to stop being the father? Hell no, but that doesn’t mean I wanted to continue paying some piece of human garbage money for what she did to me and the child.

   Parenting is not only a biological event.

   First of all, that’s bullshit. A parent is first and foremost a biological connection to a child. Nothing a man-hating bitch like “Andrea Moore, executive director of Florida’s Children First” says will ever change that, no matter how much PC nonsense they get printed by having taxpayer dollars channeled to funding their hatred.

   Second, what nasty bitches like Andrea Moore are really saying is that “Parenting is just a financial event, if you don’t have a vagina”. Sorry Andrea, parenting is a lot more than wealth transfer based on genitalia, no matter how deranged your hate for men has made you.

   Third, in cases like mine, most men would want to continue to raise the child, as did I. Let the lying scam artist who uses children for perpetrating fraud pay back some of the money she got, after she gets out of prison that is. Call it restitution if you want, or call it being a responsible parent for once, even though you normally get a pass on that in courtrooms for having a vagina.

   Notice how those who hate men so much they are willing to do anything to children to indulge their mental illness use the word “parents”. When the mother is a lying piece of garbage who will bring harm to her own children in exchange for money, and the alleged father acts in a completely “responsible” way by taking on ALL aspects of parentage, then suddenly its “bad acts of parents”. It works like this in the courtroom too.

   The only thing that’s worse than having man-hating bitches like Andrea Moore exploiting children under a bought and paid for judiciary is the millions of dumbed-down masses who don’t see through her feminazi spin. She is the kind of person that would be happy to see any harm come to a child, so long as it was perpetrated by the mother and the father was held “responsible”. Then she has the gall to call her sick, hate-filled child-abusing agenda “Children First”. Women like her truly are the Nazis of our times.

   I think the quickest way to get national attention focused on father’s rights is to continue the current marriage strike. A significant number of men are “just saying no” to marriage, to the point that single families now outnumber married ones in the US. Yes, the mainstream media still doesn’t get it, nor do politicians, for reasons cited here and in other posts on MND. But they are beginning to notice.

   If we stick to our guns and refuse marriage, if we teach younger men why marriage is not in their best interests, and perhaps most importantly if we band together into a significant political action constituency, things will change.
