"To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men, their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas".
-Brock Chisolm, former Director of the World Health Organization

Are we headed for a New World Order, or not? Each one of the items listed above is under attack by our own gov't.

[...] A little humor, courtesy Carey “Marxists with vaginas haunt my nightmares” Roberts: Bush Needs to Rein in Feminist Operatives Tuesday night, President Bush’s Republican party hemorrhaged blood all over the TV screen. The Dems took control of the House of Representative and registered solid gains in the Senate. But the electoral losses certainly weren’t for Bush failing to appease the rad-fems.
Trying to come up with a realistic strategy for repealing or even merely reforming VAWA has vexed the MRA movement for years.

VAWA 2005-2010 passed unanimously and seems to be a model for cultivating automatic bipartisanship that's worthy of study.

The genius of VAWA is that no pol of any party or gender can dare risk voting AGAINST VAWA, because it would be immediately spun by the media and N.O.W. as voting FOR violence against women.

I doubt that more than 25% of the Congress-persons who voted for VAWA have ever read it, which is probably about 24% higher than the number of American citizens who have taken the trouble to read the actual law (but who largely support it.)

VAWA funnels a few billion dollars each decade that it gets re-upped to cops, lawyers, judges, women's shelters, DV treatment counselors, college women's studies programs and other servants of the Victimization Industry Inc.

VAWA is either a great example of creative free market capitalism or a praiseworthy model of stealth socialism --- it's hard to tell.

Though to its credit VAWA is an equal-opportunity predator --- it cares not whether the man being arrested and exiled from his family is Red or Blue, white or black, young or old, rich or poor.

In a sick sort of way, VAWA is a truly efficient example of government initiative.

It doesn't actually reduce violence against (or violence committed by) women; but the money flows reliably to keep the machine of sexist discrimination humming along.

And the North Dakota voters rejected a common sense shared parenting law.
I guess the problem is that people will believe MSM propaganda before they believe what they see and feel with their own senses.
Part of the problem is that too many men believe that their own women "would never do anything like that" and therefore blame the men who were thrown out of their houses and prohibited from cantact with their children because their ladies "were afraid of them".
And what excuse does Dave Letterman have for sending all those telepathic signals anyway?!
No decent man would do a thing like that!
My website has been getting a higher hit count since Marc Rudov banned me from his comments, but apparently not enough!

Sadly, the housecleaning that is happening is not the type needed. Putting the Dems back in power (not that the Reps did much for men) is about to cause a serious ripple in the gender/family wars.

I guess the old addage that "things have to get a whole lot worse before they can get better" holds true....
