Would the innocent man have received (only) a 6-month prison sentence if he had been convicted of rape following that bitch’s false allegations?
He ought to sue her for every penny that she has to her name for those 10 weeks that he spent in prison…….. plus every penny that she will earn for the next 20 years.

A small hole appears in that great Dam wall called ‘Rape Shield laws’. A small dribble appears. I hope that this isn’t just a bone thrown to the dog though. Now the law says, ‘see, we do care about perjury’, but time will tell whether this is just a one-off to keep the protests one often hears here and on other MRA sites down to a dull roar or if the flow of prosecutions wash away the bulk of false accusers. From the discription of the torturous forensics it would appear that police had a bloodhound of a detective on the case. Good dog, keep scratching at that hole, Rover.

The woman should serve the time the man would have served had he been convicted of rape. And she should spend those years working to compensate the man for the time he did spend in jail.
