Wow! This one is really loaded with stereotypes vs evidence. Worst of all, the stereotype that you can trust a woman with a child appears to have cost two people their lives, who may get no justice because of it as well. I hope the jury chooses evidence as more important than anti-male stereotypes, but they can’t do any worse than the judiciary would do if left to their own agenda, such as happens thousands of times every day in civil/family law.
