    One Rule Brandenburg v. Ohio.

    Inciting imminent lawless acts.

The government does not want to stop these things because its easier to surveil when they are so easy to find.

Half of the cites are probably run by the CIA anyway.

Same way johns, hookers, dealers, and users are caught everyday.

Let us remember, everything on the net goes through the CIA/NSA Everythihng!

Why not a different set of rules for terrorists? Remember the old days when everyone was equal before the law. Freedom of speech was for everyone. Not good enough said the powers that be. Then came a special set of rules for womyn. Then the gays. Then cats and dogs. Men’s freedom of speech disappeared altogether overnight along with their equality before the law. Then the law itself started to disappear. Habeus Corpus went somewhere, hidden behind volumes of brand spanking new precedent. Innocence until proved guilty quickly followed. Runnymede and the Magna Carta were dropped from the school and Uni curriculum so no-one was taught about them any more and the prohibition of taking a man’s tools of trade disappeared. The man can be ejected from his home on simple allegation again, just like in the 15th Century witch-burning days. Evidence rules were differed according to genitalia. All contracts used to conform to the same laws but then the marriage contract rules were changed. Unconscionable acts were now OK. Unilateral contract-breaking is the marriage norm now. And the aggrieved party gets punished. The rot had become established practice. Even the rules of sport have been changed so that there can be no all-boys teams but all-girl ones are OK. All male clubs were abolished but all female clubs were OK.

Hell, let the terrorists have the damn place and make their own rules. God knows we have f*cked up ours.

Well, since Rush et. al. think that a terrorist is anyone who disagrees with them, this would be a very dangerous precident to set.

The realty is that are no such thing as terrorists. Most of the terror tactics employed are coming from people who have no other way of being heard. They not terrorists, they are desperados.

I wonder sometimes if Bush initiated a “War on Terror” or was it a “War in Error”?

The fact that congress backed him on this stupidity of a war, scares me. The only way that could have happened is if they are all the same team.
