Parent Activist Murtari’s First Meal After Four Months
John Murtari’s first meal after being released from the Onodaga County Justice Center today was a Friendly’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae. Kait McVey, who’s been covering Murtari’s story for News10Now, interviewed him while he was at Friendly’s. After watching him eating the sundae she said, “Boy, you ate that fast!” I guess that’s to be expected of a man who hasn’t had solid food in four months.
Murtari refused to eat while incarcerated because he doesn’t agree with the charge of “willful” failure to pay child support. Details are available on Murtari’s website AKidsRight.Org. More coverage of his story is on the SharedParentingWorks website.
Murtari’s next stop? Dunkin Donuts.

It’s a real shame he couldn’t share it with his son….

Might I suggest a char-broiled Porterhouse steak?
Great to know you are out, John!

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae – share one with your Hero Dad.

Hero Dads choose Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae. Now there’s an ad that I would support. It could be a left-of-field rallying point.

Thanks John! Thank you very much!
You endured more suffering than you had to hoping it would benefit not just you and your son but the rest of us, who, along with our children, have been exploited by a greedy and corrupt system. Your son can be proud of you. We appreciate it. We appreciate you!
