16 Days of Activism: Rutgers Sponsors Global Feminist Terrorism

2006-12-13
By

Parents might think twice about sending their children to Rutgers University. It may well be the most anti-family college in America; a training camp for global feminist terrorism.

Rutgers is home base for the Center for Women’s Global Leadership (CWGL). The CWGL is a major launch-point for global radical feminist initiatives primarily attacking well-off developing countries while virtually ignoring areas where women are truly in dire straits – such as Darfur.

The CWGL just completed the “16 days of activism against gender violence” campaign — one of several extended feminist holidays worshipping government and U.N. programs that entitle women to steal families, assets, and businesses simply by hollering “abuse”. But the theme does not end there: everything else found in the “V-dictionary”, such as abortion, welfare entitlements, HIV/AIDS, GLBT agenda, same sex marriage, poverty, and “human rights” congeal into one inseparable cause-celebre powered by the “abuse” word.

Rutgers is an integral part of the U.N. Feminist Rumor Mill. Virtually all statistics and conclusions feminists make about abuse have been scientifically proven to be fantastical.

In fact, the body of assertions made in the U.N. Secretary Generals Report on Violence Against Women were so outrageous that the U.N. Third Committee voted unanimously to only “note” the report, rather than accept it. In parliamentary language, this is a full rejection — a rare event at the United Nations.

For example, radical activists claimed that “70 percent of married women in India were victims of beatings or rape”. After much research, Respecting Accuracy in Domestic Abuse Reporting (RADAR) found this was based on a graphic in a UNPF report that was obviously mislabeled and meaningless. Yet, this claim is the lead item on virtually every feminist website around the world.

In fact, there are so few truly scientific claims made in any of the U.N. or CWGL documents, we can say the expenditure of federal and international monies has been spent, in majority, on social terrorism of foreign countries.

I realize this is a breathtaking statement to make. As always, I back my statements up thoroughly. We will now examine recent events in India, which was recently conquered by the feminist insurgency, and is just starting to realize what happened.

Destruction of Marriage in India

In India, the words “dowry death” or “bride burning” conjure up horrible images that can be misused to fool legislators into passing anything. That is precisely what happened.

India’s new IPC 498a law permits any woman to claim dowry abuse – causing government to swing into action as if Bin Laden just waltzed into the White House. On mere allegation alone, her husband and members of his family will be incarcerated. Bail can be optionally granted only by a judge. Incarceration prior to the initial bail hearing is often several months, depending on how much the woman’s family greases the palms of police and magistrate. Trials take between three and six years to be heard, during which the individuals arrested are subject to constant harassment and blackmail.

India did not stop there. Feminists harassed legislators into passing the most outrageous domestic violence law anywhere in the world.

The new Indian domestic violence law goes far beyond anything in Western law. “Not providing money for maintaining you or your children” and “not paying rent” are now crimes in India. This criminalization of poverty insanely thrusts poor families into more desperate straits than before: two households must be sustained on the same income. Literally any domestic disagreement, no matter how minor, now invokes destruction of the family in India.

The excesses of these new laws are apparent and intuitively predictable. You do not have to take my word for it. Ex-wives are blaming the domestic violence law for making their lives worse. Police say that about 80% of dowry allegations are false. Ajaib Singh, head of the Women and Child Support Unit in Chandigarh, reports that only 20% of dowry claims are genuine.

Shantosh Singh, chairperson of Women Welfare Counselling Cell at Sector 17, reveals the truth: ‘‘People generally make use this law to facilitate a divorce. And often, it’s the lawyers who advise the women to implicate their in-laws under the provisions of this Act,’’

Indian lawyers admit the truth, too. ‘There are only 10 per cent cases based on truth, and people usually come to us and ask specifically to mention the element of dowry in their divorce petitions,’’

The Times of India was inundated with letters to the editor about horrendous legal abuses – classified by the newspaper as “A legal tool to earn quick money”. 498a.org has quite a collection of articles documenting many instances of intentional organized human rights abuses.

India’s Supreme Court quickly recognized the problem. It described the new Dowry law as “legal terrorism”, but surprisingly lacked the mettle to rule the law unconstitutional. As in America, what lines the pockets of lawyers is unlikely to be stopped by courts.

Why is “legal terrorism” endemic in India? It is all about money. The laws entitle a woman to make a false allegation to lock up her spouse and members of his family, and terrorize them for years, so his family has to pay her a very large “reverse dowry” to drop the charges. Once the charges are dropped, she is in full control of the family. He is summarily ejected from society in divorce court, his career possibly ruined. Also, he is used as another number to beef up crime statistics.

Here are the sickening results of the feminist invasion of India. Of 58319 dowry cases in 2004, 134,757 individuals were incarcerated. Of these, 24,127 have been acquitted, and only 5,739 convicted. The rest are still “in limbo” living under the ragged sword of feminism. This suggests that up to 95.8% of dowry cases in India are, in fact, cases of terrorist blackmail.

Even companies are vulnerable. Recently, a wife accused a husband of domestic violence, and filed suit against his employer, WiPro, for “ruining her marriage” due to a “dating allowance” they were allegedly giving her husband. Since the company does not provide “dating allowances”, she dropped the charge, but continues to sue the company for ruining her marriage anyway.

Like Al Qaeda, feminist terrorists will go to any length to seize control of entire countries. An article published on November 30th by CommonDreams.org, as part of Rutgers activism campaign, still pretends that women will experience abuse rates of up to 70% (despite retraction by the Washington Times on November 28th, and full rejection by the U.N. Third Committee on November 22nd).

From a high-level perspective, we see that the purpose of these “laws” is to seize money and establish imperial matriarchy in up-and-coming export-positive developing countries. This is why we do not see feminists marching on Darfur, where there is no money to be taken.

Studying the feminist invasion of India is instructive. It is easier to recognize that the “domestic violence” cabal is, in fact, a terrorist network when we view the treachery inflicted on other countries.

America is a primary source of this form of terrorism. People I met personally in countries such as China, Japan, Singapore, Korea, and India are all too aware of it. America is funding this invasion via federal entitlements, and is substantially responsible for it. We must stop exporting legal terrorism to developing countries in the name of “democracy”. We are losing friends around the world, some of whom will predictably become enemies with bombs on their backs.

History suggests that radical destruction of marriage and family is far more endemic and destructive than any of the human rights issues feminists complain about in their diatribes.

America must stop funding all radical organizations and programs destroying families globally. American domestic violence laws, such as the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) must be fully rewritten to be gender-neutral, require that agencies unequivocally provide full assistance to anyone who requests it, and require solid evidentiary proof before legal artillery is fired.

Mark Twain once said “A lie can travel half-way around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes”. After a decade of Violence Against Women Act abuses, the truth now wears Army boots. The lie stops right here, and so does the buck.

    Dear all,
We have missed to record the programe of Star News , India , where a “Hunter wife” , a police constable , misuse the Dowry law (498a) and send her husabnd and husband’s age old mother behind the bar without any investigation.
Subsequently the husabnd recorded the voice of her , where she threatened , that she will make further more false case the way she
had done the dowry case .
This voice recording the husabnds put in fornt of Higher police officer and then the “Specail Vigelence enquiry done” and the whole family got
relife and a enquiry order against her and those who had help her to file the false dowry case had been ordered.

My message to all those still consider that Recording ( use of techonology) is not allowed , take a note.

Firing a Bullot is not allowed , but if the same fired to save your life , is justified .

So let use the techonology to expose them , otherwise no one will belive you.

Check this one out from the Population Research Institute. Feminism: “the most socially destructive movement of modern times.”

    Irish Exceptionalism at an End?

    By Joseph A. D’Agostino

Last month, I went on a short speaking tour of the Republic of Ireland (not the northern bit), the first time I had been to that country. I spent a week there giving speeches at three Irish universities and visiting some of the sights of an island about the size of the state of Maine. I went expecting friendly people, a still slightly traditional culture, and beautiful countryside, and my expectations were exceeded.

Ireland is perhaps 20 years behind the times, and given the nature of our times, that is a very good thing.

Although there has been a wave of immigration into Ireland in the last few years, the country’s populace is still largely whole and somewhat cohesive. The shared culture, history, religious background, language, and race has perhaps created a warmer, more trusting nation, with tighter community bonds, when combined with the relative lack of avant garde influences. The Catholic attitude of relationships first, with family and community ranked ahead of money-making or social climbing, is still relatively strong.

Sadly, progressive attitudes are fast transforming Irish life with their emphases on equality and career over family and community, not to mention faith. Of course, these progressive attitudes have their advantages. Ireland’s GDP has almost doubled in the past ten years, and the nation of 4.1 million people is now considered one of the richest on a per capita basis in the European Union. Curiously, EU subsidies and foreign investment poured into historically Catholic Ireland right after she legalized contraception and divorce in the 1990s. It has become common for Irishwomen to travel to Britain for abortions, which are still illegal in their homeland. Ireland sold her soul, and now she is receiving her thirty pieces of silver.

So with greater personal freedom and much greater wealth, the Irish must be becoming happier, right? Let’s see. The experts agree that Ireland’s suicide rate has soared, even after adjusting for the former tendency of Irishmen to call suicides “accidents” because of the stigma of suicide.

In fact, the No. 1 killer of young men in Ireland today is suicide. Is that a sign of a happy society? Drug abuse is up, alcohol abuse is up (which is saying a lot for Ireland), violent crime is rising, the divorce rate has reached 25%, the illegitimacy rate has reached 31%, the abortion rate is over 10%, the birthrate has dropped below replacement level—-are these signs of a vigorous society headed toward greater happiness and fulfillment, or a society headed down the tubes fast?

When the indicators of social decay and unhappiness are all pointing in the wrong direction, and people aren’t having enough kids to keep their society going, it’s perfectly obvious that the society in question is going down to destruction even if GDP growth is up. Obviously, a low birthrate alone is enough to destroy any society. The days of large Irish Catholic families are over, and young people are literally killing themselves off at ever-higher rates. “Twenty years ago an Irish family physician might have seen one patient every three years who would have died by suicide,” says the charity The Ireland Funds. “Now, it is increasingly common for doctors to have two to three patients a year take their own lives.”

As St. Francis of Assisi said, if your possessions do not make you happy, what good are they?

And why has Irish GDP growth been so high recently? The main reason is self-destructive: Female labor force participation in Ireland has skyrocketed. The ideal of woman as wife and mother, creating a beautiful home that serves as refuge and social center, nurturing the next generation instead of leaving it to be raised by strangers, has given way to the woman-as-man model of feminism. With married women now working outside the home, of course per capita GDP growth has soared. What have plummeted are people’s well-being and the birthrate.

So Ireland’s economic growth won’t last. Once female labor force participation is maxed out, GDP growth will slow. And then comes slow death. For a time, Ireland will be rich, as Britain, France, Germany, and Italy are. With few children to support, a greater proportion of the population is economically productive and can keep that production for itself. Yet when all those working-age people retire and there are relatively few young people to take their place, what then?

Ireland’s fertility rate was 3.5 children per woman in 1975, according to the United Nations Population Division. Now it is 1.9, below the replacement rate of 2.1, and headed further down. So today, 11% of the Irish population is 65 or over. By 2050, it will be 26%. Those 80 or over will go from 2.6% today to 7.6% in 2050. At the same time, those between 15 and 24 will fall from 15% to 9.7% in 2050. This is what environmentalists call unsustainable. And Ireland, since the anti-family social revolution came later there than elsewhere in the West, is much better off than Britain and most of the Continent.

My largely student audiences, even their pro-life members, seemed particularly offended when I called feminism “the most socially destructive movement in modern times.” I spoke at the National University of Ireland in Maynooth (near Dublin), Galway, and Cork, and this may have been the most controversial argument. Yet the statement is irrefutable.

Every single society in the world that has adopted feminism is dying out.

They all have below-replacement birthrates, with no exceptions from Ireland to Italy, Sweden to Japan, Spain to the United States (ours is perhaps the least feminist of the feminist nations and hosts many fecund immigrants, yet our birthrate is 2.0). It goes to basic primal truths: When most women in a society no longer view themselves primarily as mothers to provide the next generation, that society dies. Female careerism kills. All the feminist bloviation in the world can’t get around this biological fact. When something increases crime, it is socially destructive. When something encourages able-bodied people to go on welfare, it is socially destructive. Child abuse is socially destructive. Yet what could be more socially destructive than something that literally eliminates that society? That is what feminism is doing to all of Western Civilization.

I pointed out to the young women listening to me that the future of the world is not feminist. Traditional, religious, father-headed families are the ones having the kids, on average, I noted. Since a much large percentage of Muslim families than Christian or Jewish ones are devout and patriarchal, the world becomes more Islamic with every passing moment, especially since Islam is growing rapidly by conversions as well. And the Muslim world is becoming more radical with every passing moment, too.
Secularized people have the lowest birthrates. Thirty-five years ago, the Western world had 30% of the Earth’s population and the Muslim world had 15%. Today, each has about 20%. Can you guess what the figures will be in 20 years?

Barren feminist societies shall not inherit the Earth, due to the simple fact that they are not producing heirs.

The Irish government has no intention of altering its current destructive, EU-mandated course. This supposedly pro-life government has even greatly increased Ireland’s contribution to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), which works to kill off via population control the black, brown, and yellow peoples of the world as the white peoples kill themselves off voluntarily. UNFPA also subsidizes Communist China’s long-running official forced abortion and sterilization campaign, yet the Irish government’s contribution to UNFPA has risen from 762,000 euro in 2000 to 3 million euro last year.

I enjoyed my time in Ireland greatly. I love the people, the countryside, and the ruins. I am sad to see a Catholic nation that survived centuries of English Protestant oppression head voluntarily down the path of suicide. The day St. Patrick lit the Christian paschal fire atop the Hill of Slane as a challenge to the pagan Celtic establishment seems as far in the past spiritually as it is chronologically. I pray she will return to her roots before it’s too late.

Please note that in the TV interview located in comment 27, the CNN interviewer is a domestic abuser. He interrupted her, seriously questioned her position, and raised his tone of voice to match hers when she spoke loudly to control the conversation.

It is clear the DV laws are intended to put women in a position where they can do or say anything they want, while the husband can do or say absolutely nothing.  The laws are, inter-alia, a framework for organized abuse of men; the laws are not narrowly tailored to address the issue they claim to address.
