Stumble It!

The insult to intelligence is astounding. That they should even be talking of an alimony ‘contract’.
“Pleban argues that the alleged attempted murder renders the original divorce settlement “unconscionable,” a legal term that could be used as grounds for severing the contract.”
The marriage contract has been voided by unilateral, no-fault divorce laws, so why should a substitute, post-marriage slavery ‘contract’ not be equally unilaterally voided?
Marriage and the divorce laws are a farce.
“A few of the judges said the case could inspire others to bring false charges against ex-spouses in hopes of severing contracts that are viewed in court as absolute.”
Well they sure don’t consider the right to self defense an absolute!
Nor do they see the Constitution and its declarations of rights to be absolute!
And God forbid anyone who pleads the Antipeonage Act and the 13th Amendment against this lifetime of slavery that is a permanent alimony award.
The woman is an adult, maybe Missouri ought to treat her like one! Let her make her own damn living if she does not want to stay with her breadwinning husband!
These judges who order this crap are a bunch of unAmerican bastards who give not a damn about their oaths to uphold the Constitution.
Try screaming for the enforcement of the Peonage Law.
