"I hope the girls will be denied baby dolls as the last thing they need to be encouraged to is to have more kids, though it might be politically incorrect to say, the rest of us are going to have to pay for in terms of foreign aide or as the result of one too many missionary sob stories playing on the guilt pounded into our own psyches over the fact for simply being American."

wow!

"Frankly, if those these gifts are being sent to are all that hostile towards information about Jesus that mere mention of His name is going to send the recipient into homicidal conniptions, perhaps missionaries to these countries in question should pullback to the lands of the West and fortify our borders by refusing to let anymore from these nations into our countries and work on converting those already here."

double wow!

Yes, Charity does begin at home. How can you say that you love your fellow man who lives on the other side of the world when you do not love and care for your brother whose need is right before your face?

What better gift could a needy child in America receive than the acknowledgement of his neighbor that he DOES care, and shows it?

There is one, a Nation that will make it so his or her father who does want to be in their lives is not hindered in his effort, by threats of imprisonment, to be there and near to them.

Oh I am sorry, that might make for well adjustment, happiness, acknowledgement of the childrens' Rights, and those dirty natsy, aweful, filfthy things that must be forever banished from our shores; Fatherhood and Justice.

Such is the Charity of Hypocrites.

I wonder when these so-called Christians will realize that what is creating "distressed" kids is not the fathers abandoning them, it is the fathers being kicked out of their families.

Promise Keeper: But I kept all of my promises to my wife and my family!
Family Court Judge: And the Court orders you to a promise to pay $865 per month in child support, $700 per month in alimony, regardless of your ability to make such payments, and sign over the house. Imagine what would happen if we found that you did something wrong!

Addendum: There were ads on the TV here by a major Church Group seeking people with rooms to spare to accomodate 'distressed' kids. Seems they have a lot this year. So I phoned them. The list of questions and requirements went on and on - Police checks, crim record, molestation record, AVOs you name it, and I was getting there OK - and eventually they turned down my help because I smoke a pipe! Jesus wept.
