tonysprout is correct. Collective buying power has more impact than individual rants.
American Family Association (AFA) uses this strategy when communicating with public companies.
AFA’s web site is similar in some respects as National Organization of Women’s (NOW) web site. Both groups are effective at altering policy and procedure to their cause, but NOW is the 900-pound gorilla.

The book, and the judge, will never make it to national tv unless a lot of us buy the book!

May I suggest that men stop listening to men who support the abuse of other men and start thinking for themselves? Until getting laid stops being the #1 item on the agenda, nothing is going to change for the better. Now that I think about it, we may be in trouble here guys. To me its simple. Women have shown over the past 30-40 years that they can focus and achieve when working as a group with defined goals. When it comes to the rights of men, we have not! But I could be wrong. Mr. Usher is right, its the issues at hand that require our focus. If this judge sold 250 thousand copies and the book gained face time on Glenn Beck ( just picked his name out of the hat), and other nationally known venues, that would be a good start. I do believe that little will be accomplished until men begin to stand up to the forces of evil en masse. I don’t see that happening any time soon. But I could be wrong.

Hi Will,
The approach Republicans took towards welfare reform is a failure. There are some high-level Republicans who agree with me on this. Republicans sold “family values” after taking power in 1994, passed VAWA and reauthorized it gleefully, and lost their constituency for it.
I see no point in considering this a liberal vs. conservative issue. I got some of the best legislation ever passed in MO under a full Democrat adminstration, including the nation’s first bill that requires modification of support for military reservists, some great child abuse law reforms, and the nation’s toughest moveaway law. This was done by working the issues.
I am most digusted with Republicans at the Federal level. Yet, I do not see anything positive coming from Democrats either. This means we have to support anyone, regardless of party, who is doing the right things.
May I suggest that we all work the issues, and let anyone who disagrees fall by the wayside.

There you go again amfortas, getting it all bass-ackwards. It is the Liberal agenda that is driving the feminist movement;D
I guess it’s simply a matter of semantics. Perhaps instead of “Conservative and Liberal,” I should say those who believe in individual freedom and liberty as expressed in the American Constitution (Conservatives), and those who believe in the elevation of the state over the individual (Liberals).

I agree. The mention of threatened sanction may be more a marketing device to make the book sound exciting and risky than a real threat.
Nevertheless, there is nothing like the anger of a femifacist. You know the lady is upset about the “name calling.” Let’s see. Who is it that calls all child support paying fathers who fall behind “deadbeat dads” regardless of the reasons.

“Other judges and lawyers have said that Dierker may have violated a state rule
against a judge using his or her position for personal profit.” SLD
Hmmm… That’s a curious statement. Don’t family court judges do this all the time when they order (extort) money from one parent (fathers) and give it to the other (mothers) in order to receive federal incentives (kickbacks) that are in direct proportion to the amount they extort??
“Lawyers could cite the book as evidence that Dierker is unable to be impartial
on issues involving women, or liberals, or the American Civil Liberties Union,
for example, forcing his removal from cases.” -SLD
Wow!! Simply mind-blowing. See above comment.
“Dierker could also face an inquiry from Missouri’s Commission on Retirement,
Removal and Discipline. Most of what the commission does is informal and
secret.” -SLD
Secret?? It’s no secret that these over-seers rarely discipline judges that abuse their power.

Hon. Robert H. Dierker Jr.
Circuit Court, 22nd Circuit
Dear Hon. Robert Dierker, Jr.:
Good for you.
I look forward to reading your book.
I have believed for a long time that there are “femifacist” forces at work in our law including our courts particularly in the context of family law.
I think it is great that a judge has the courage to admit this and label it accurately.
I can guaranty you this. No one would be questioning the propriety of you expressing your opinions on matters of public concern if your opinions were consistent with the “femifacist” dogma.
Hang tough. You like Frank Sinatra can proudly sing in your heart or even out loud on your death bed “I did it my way.” All it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing. You have done something. Again, good for you, and I look forward to reading your book.
I live a long way from you, but I do have an airplane and like to travel. I would love to sit down and share some discussion. I can tell you are a man of substance. You are also much like me — willing to speak your mind and speak the truth even though we live in a time where this is often not appreciated.

I know this for sure. Judges who speak and even write books consistent with feminist dogma are never threatened. I know one feminist oriented judge who went to Mexico and other countries to share her views about “Domestic Violence.” Is is not uncommon for judges to speak publically and to write articles and what not. Admittedly, most of their writings do not make mainstream book stores (they are consumed by lawyers and the legal industry) but I just don’t see anything unethical about a judge expressing opinions on issues of public importance. I know they are not suppose to discuss specific cases that are before them, etc. but I gather he is just generally discussing issues of the day. What really grabs my goat is one quote where it was suggested that he may not be able to preside over cases involving women in the future due to his partiality. Come on. Judges say things hostile to men all the time whether about child support, domestic violence, or whatever. Some judges openly promise to legally lynch deadbeat dads, etc. No one suggests that these judges cannot preside over cases involving men due to their partiality. There is simply no consistency at all.

“How do you know when you’ve gone from freedom to fascism?”
Family Court in America looks exactly like Hitler’s “show trials” or how the judiciary operated in Stalinist Soviet Union.
Afterall, as like those courts, in today’s Family Courts of America, the decision of the court has been decided before any judicial proceedings begin. The guy is screwed. No due process. All of the activities of the court are there simply to create the facade of justice being rendered. It is not.
The people facing Hitler’s or Stalin’s courts also went through a facade that was intended to appear that justice was being rendered. It was not.

I haven’t seen this book yet, but I sure hope this fellow isn’t a crackpot, and that he makes some sound, practical suggestions for real-world action and debunks the standard crackpot lore.
BYW, he’s a state of Missouri trial court judge, not, as an e-mail I received said, a federal appellate judge, so he presumably has no record of published opinions.

Here is one Judge who gains an exemption on the day of the long knives that is coming. A man who uses the word ‘Famifascist’ in his descriptions is clear sighted and courageous and my kinda Judge. This is one Dierker that doesn’t dick around.
One point though. Like most Americans he seems to see everything in the US context, or something to do with the Constitution or a ‘liberal’ issue. Get real guys. The same dismal situation pertains all across the western world. In Oz we have a conservative Government and a Constitution that bears virtually no similarity to yours. (Frankly I like your’s better, but there we go, another matter) but the same femonazi virus infects our society. It is not a matter of tolerance of diversity. That’s just a side-symptom. Its the systematic feminisation of society for anti-western, anti-intellectual, anti- Christian Civilisation ends.

I wonder what Judge Dierker’s opinion on the proposition that a support order requiring the obligor seek employment and to accept employment if offered is a crime of peonage, 18 U.S.C. §1581 and is declared null and void by 42 U.S.C. §1994?
Did he ever do any such thing?

I spoke with Dierker this morning. He is quite aware of what we are aware of.
As he apparently points out in his book, the things we complain about are merely part of the larger problem of “liberal tolerance” or “diversity” being tje legal and social vehicle to substitute the yardsticks of constitution and morals with a meaningless and convenient liberal measuring stick which has no markings on it and is of infinite length.

How do you know when you’ve gone from freedom to fascism?
When its painfully obvious that the judiciary is controlled by a political agenda that is opposed by the majority of people, and the judges are afraid to tell the truth about it.
I doubt there will be much in this book we don’t already know, but if nothing else I hope this guy finally squashes for good the nonsense that the “femifascists” speak for decent Americans, men or women.
What would surprise me is if he were to speak out about how the Bar Associations are happy to sell out the judiciary as long as there is good money in it for lawyers and judges, and how they have totally sold out to femifascism in the fraud, racketeering, and child exploitation business they quaintly refer to as “family law”.
