Another day, another bunch of fussy busybodies out to run our lives for us and dictate to us how to live.
Next thing you knwo they will be trying to make it a crime to stand while peeing!

actually most employers already monitor email on corporate accounts. and they usually fire people for sending this type of ‘information’.
which is actually a far worse penalty than the criminal justice system will invoke.
but what about private citizens that are friends that actually think such email is ok?

Methinks it is the government takeover of fatherhood that has put our children in widespread peril to begin with. More government as daddy is merely a call to make things worse, except for lawyers of course.
Also, define “vulnerable”. Sounds like code for “women” to me, but then putting it that way somebody might recognize the unequal treatment part of the proposed legislation.
How about making it a crime to propose or pass legislation that treats men and women differently?
