Duke accuser now says one player didn’t assault her

The accuser in the Duke lacrosse sexual assault case told prosecutors in December that one of the three players charged did not commit any sex act on her during the alleged attack, according to papers filed Thursday by the defense.

The Duke stripper/whore, whose name is still not mentioned in news articles, has changed her mind again, and again, yet the accused men are still prosecuted.

My wifeâ€™s divorce from me was similar.

Use her effin name you cowards! Her name is Chrystal Gail Magnum and she deserves to be named and shamed just as these INNOCENT MEN have been. USE IT! LEt me guess, “rape shield laws”?? Well, if you’d read em, you’d KNOW that they say NOTHING, NO-EFFIN-THING about not naming her.OP with the coddling of a false accuser!

Stop being P*S***S and stand the hell up! She is a lying, doper and should be named and shamed!

IF you haven’t the balls to do it, at least have the decency to STOP using cutsy words like “the accuser”. Call her what she is; a STRIPPER, DRUG ADDICT, and HOOKER!

How this sick farce will play out is anyone’s guess, but it can be said for certain that this case will not go away. Too many liberal creeps and their enablers have invested way to much in this. Thomas Sowell in a recent column showed how Nifong can’t get escape from this mess even if he wanted to (and there is no indication that he does). He has to get a conviction on something or pressure the defendents to admit to anything (”inappropriate touching,” saying the n-word, who knows) or say goodbye to his precious retirement bucks, not to mention book deals and talk shows appearances.
Nifong may also try to rope in new defendents from the Lacross team. Or say he was so disoriented that the whole team is now under indictment, along with their families for withholding evidence. Anything is possible when it comes to rape show trials. Ann Coulter suggests the new charge of “rape by Elvis” (don’t all white boys look alike?) Something as rediculous could indeed be in the works. The latitude of the gender&race laws in this country is so vast Nifong is no doubt confident the can still get away with it. He may well be right
