I just love dumb kids. Not only they record their crimes on video, doing a favor to the local D.A., but they also broadcast is to be sure that everybody see it.
They really save the taxpayer some money by building their own cases against themselves…

This event won’t add up to a crime because the NYS penal law dictates the specific ages and types of crimes in which these 13 & 14 year olds can be charged as juvenile offenders. They can be listed as juvenile delinquents but no more than that(J.D. = zilch). Their worst punishment will be the notoriety they have achieved thanks to the drive-by media.
