Muslims Angry Over Violent Portrayal, Low Kill Count On “24″

Muslim rights groups have responded with outrage over what they feel are inaccuracies in the portrayal of their religion on the hit Fox television series “24″. In a recent episode, an Islamic extremist cell detonated a suitcase-sized nuclear device in Valencia, California, 26 miles north of Los Angeles, causing an estimated 12,000 deaths.

“I was frightened and stunned after watching this show,” said Rabiah Ahmed, a spokesman for the Washington-based Council on American Islamic Relations. “Frightened because the average American may not be able to differentiate between truth and reality and may take out their basest, most violent cowboy urges on me- a devout practitioner of the religion of peace. I was stunned because all of our estimates show that a suitcase nuke placed in Valencia would kill at least 20,000 -25,000 with another half a million dead within a year from the fallout.”

“24″ producers say they have gone out of their way to send the message that all Muslims are not blood-thirsty terrorists.

“When we met with CAIR last year, we all agreed that twenty ‘not all Muslims are violent’ disclaimers- played before, after, and on commercial breaks- per episode would suffice,” said ‘24′ spokesman David Bilkman. “We’ve since added another 40-50 disclaimers within the dialogue of each episode! I’m not sure what the problem is.”

Bilkman also cited the fact that the show’s producers have made it a point to have non-Muslim terror cells on ‘24′.

“I’m not sure what else we can do to show our understanding and respect for Islam,” said Bilkman. “We had the Russian separatists as the bad guys last year, and we have a few surprise terror cells for next season as well. I can’t give away too much, but let’s just say that you can expect Norwegians and kindergarten-aged children with Downs Syndrome to come under a bit more scrutiny at airports in ‘08.”

Jack B deals with the villains with his usual finality, several times per hour, Muslim extremists or not. There are few good villains left.

Come on Jack, get a wriggle on mate. Clear the decks and get started on the REAL modern villains, the Femonazis, Family Court Judges, government bureaucrats, NOW, etc.

Lets have a ‘24′ starting with you getting falsely accused of violence (Hoooohaaaaaaa !)and getting sent down for ‘n’ years. Cut to your escape from the paddy wagon. Take it from there Jack. Look at all the targets you could blow up – women’s shelters, CSA offices, The Durham DA’s Office, the list could keep you going for a double season.

You don’t have to watch “24″ to see muslims acting like terrorists. Just watch the news to see them blowing up nail bombs at wedding parties and little old ladies on the bus in London. Maybe CAIR should call for CNN to stop reporting middle east news.
