Brace For Blue Monday

Gee, I was relatively happy until I read this story that is to be released Monday morning:

Today, say experts, is the unhappiest day in the entire year.

Unpaid Christmas bills, nasty weather, and failed New Year’s resolutions combine to make January 22nd the gloomiest in the calendar.

Here’s where this comes from:

Dr. Cliff Arnall, a Cardiff University psychologist, devised the formula that shows today is the most depressing.

I’m no psychologist, but if I had to take a shot in the dark, I’d guess that Cliff Arnall once got dumped on January 22nd.
