Dan Iagatta was a volunteer firefighter, pilot and owner of a successful plumbing business before being hit by a car while training for a triathlon in 2004. Within weeks of coming home from the hospital Dan’s wife filed for divorce.
.
The state of Massachusetts has invested $100,000 to make Dan’s childhood home handicap accessible. Family Court Judge Boorstein ordered Dan to rip out his special equipment, sell the home, and give all the money from his inheritance to his ex-wife and her lawyers.

- Phone: (617) 725-4005 / Fax: (617) 727-9725

The influence of misandric laws imposed on us all to please femonazism, has gone well beyond a simple gender issue. It has eaten into the heart of Justice, fairness, common sense and reason. Now it hits at the disabled.
The Judges and bureaucrats that interpret and apply bad laws and deleteriously affect good people at the whim of callous, unloving, grasping bad people, are a disgrace to all society.
The legislators that take photo opportunities, no doubt to be captioned to ensure that no good comes to the now-wheelchaired person in the frame, deserve to be whipped. It was they who framed the atrocious laws.
This man was a boon to his community. A volunteer firefighter. Him. Not his wife. He would put himself at trouble and risk to help strangers. He stepped up; he put in. He gets screwed. Loses his childhood home. HIS home. The taxpayer has had $100,000 wasted. She, who promised to love and be faithful to him in sickness and health, good times and bad, cuts and runs at a whim – and is rewarded.
Yes, Teri, I will send a message to this Governor, not that he is likely to take any notice of an overseas someone who cannot vote him into wealth. Maybe it will add to a tide from others. But will it scratch the surface? Will it change the laws, the attitudes.
It just goes on and on and on. Stupid laws; protection and encouragement to the dishonourable; destruction of lives, families, our social fabric; growing distrust and dismay with those we elect and appoint over us. It has to stop. A Revolution is brewing which will make he American Revolution look like the Tea Party that started it.

And thanks to Teri, and many other women, for doing a fabulous job proving that father’s rights is everybody’s issue.
