He was portrayed as being distraught. I bet he was, he was clearly a victim but he was advised to whine, ‘it’s not fair’.

What he COULD have done was tell the C$A to ‘get f*cked’. ‘Shove it up your arse you stupid, lying, thick buggers’ is what he could have said.

He COULD have got angry. He could have engineered his being taken to court where he could have told the Police and the Judge to get f*cked and shove their truncheons and gavels up their arses too. He may even have risked being jailed. Think what a stir that would have made in the public’s consciousness. There would have been outrage at him being taken to court by mendacious incompetents.

The four other men of the same name who also recieved threats from the C$A, over the same child supposedly fathered by five men, could also have got angry. But they too treated it with a whine. Each and every one of them COULD have shouted ‘Get F*cked, you f*cking morons’, in unison.

The publicity would have been MUCH greater. The public support would have been much greater. As it was, it was barely noticable. An opportunity missed.

Had they each used their righteous anger, the lying bitch who fingered the five would have been seen as the scum that she is. Demand for her prosecution may have eventuated. The C$A lawyer who sent the message may have been sacked instead of ‘counselled’.

An opportunity for a five-man demolition team to blow a hole in the tracks was missed and the trains still run.

The girls who rode bicycles delivering messages between resistance groups in France during WW2 were small but VITAL footsoldiers. Don’t cast their actions aside. But at least someone was chucking grenades and blowing up train tracks and shooting up convoys. Risking their lives in a different way from the cyclists. They risked their lives too.

We have people who protest, cry ‘it’s not fair’. These are the bicycle girls. We have enough bicycles. We need the fighters willing to kick arse and even risk death.

John Murtari is a HERO. A LEADER. A little, ordinary man who didn’t take the shit from the Judge. He CHOSE his shit, his way. He put his life on the line.

The ordinary man who is caught in some femonazi trap CAN take a stand. He can do a lot more than he thinks he is capable of. He can REFUSE to take Judge shit. He can tell the judge to get f*cked. He can go to jail for his beliefs, for his honour, for his freedom. He can take action against the liars. He can gather a legion of bicycles to his support.

Men need to fill the jails. In jail they can be educators. An army of men are already in jail who could wreak havoc with the system. The men in jail need leadership.

I have been in the position of paying through the nose to support loved children that I was unable to see, talk to, love. It was HELL and the scars still show. NEVER AGAIN. I would go to jail were it ever to happen again. I would relish the chance to tell the Judge to go f*ck himself.

Complaining, saying “not fair” does absolutely nothing.

With respect. I can just see a man in Court saying to the Judge “It couldn’t have been mine, yer ‘onour, I was taking the pill”. Oh yes, the Judge would just fall over himself taking his side. Not.

“I had a vasectomy, yer worship”.

“Oh yes, worm, didn’t work did it, you Deadbeat”.

“Tell ya what yer Bigf*ckinknobness, hows about I f*ck you and see if you ‘ave a kid then”.

Men already have fatherhood forced upon them without ever having set eyes on a woman. Sometimes it is farcical. Example: The lad in Oz who had a threatening letter from the C$A to pay up for a child he was supposed to have fathered when he was three. Three ! Hello?? We all know a thousand more. Others ‘father’ enough by dint of just being married to the mother. Breathing is pretty well all that is needed for a Judge to reach a FemoJustice decision.

Men must stand up and tell these Judges to get f*cked.

Please demonstrate to me just how it is in the best interests of the children to have their unwilling father tricked into fathering them by an unscrupulous mother who has no honour and then forced against his will to support them. What a legacy these children will carry. And they are condemned to live with such a woman whose ‘wants’ overide anyone elses rights and freedoms.

As Mirabelli says, there was no other reason for the forced support order. There is no indication in the report that the Judge thought the father was lying to evade responsibility. The father was clearly distraught that he should be blackmailed in such a dreadful manner and further distraught that the court failed in its duty to uphold justice.

We live our lives, too much in love with a freedom that is ephemeral. At some point more John Murtaris need to strp forward and point-blank refuse to be complicit in such stupid, unjust decisions by stupid Judges. They should refuse the order and take jail, get massive support from all over the world, show the Judge to be an unfeeling, unthinking and unjust fool, expose the mother for the liar and deceiver she is, and fight back.

Too costly, you might say. And 18 years paying for two children isn’t? It is more a question of which costs you are choosing to carry. Either way, the precious freedom has been stripped away by liars and legal conspirators.

This man is ‘free’ in a world that will screw him at any opportunity, at the whim of a deceiving woman and a complicit legal system.

We all pay the price.
