i hope she gets off scott free.
hopefully, there will be a male judge who will let her off, and a male lawyer who says she’s too attractive to go to jail, and male supporters who’ll say that it’s “every young boys dream” to experience what they did and that a car crash and possible injury was worth it.
may society get as blood drunk and spiritually depraved as it possibly can.

but, if one of the kids had died in the accident wouldn’ the charge be murder?
doesn’t that make it more appropriate to charge her with rape and attempted murder?

Yes, teenage boys dream, but girls do too. Just imagine how your comment would have sounded if you were referring to girls rather than boys, having been “voluntarily” molested by a dirty old man. It’s the exact same situation, except in this case the genders are reversed. The dirty old woman is playing on the innocence and raging hormones of unsuspecting kids. What teenage kid thinks through all the ramifications of drinking with friends, and piling into a car afterwards for a quick jaunt? What teenage boy thinks through the ramifications of sex with an adult woman (pregnancy, child support, sexually transmitted diseases, loss of educational opportunity, loss of career, etc)? Those boys were victims of a woman who should have known better.
I think we ought to be aware of the double standards we apply to adolescent victims of molestation when we apply one standard to boys, and another to girls.

My guess is she will get a 5 year sentence after everything is done. I would have guessed a lower sentence if she had been young and pretty. Lets break it down 1 year for each minor that “got lucky” and 3 years for providing the booze to the kids and then letting them drive and wreck. Perhaps house arrest for those 5 years? That would work out great for her if donnieboy57 is right and she gets a divorce. She can be back home and hosting parties as soon as hubby gets the restraing order against him.

3Years???
I got a buck that says 3 months…suspended.

somehow, it will be her husbands fault. you know the same ol same ol: he neglected me, he was abusive, he wouldn’t let me be a real women so on and so forth. she will file for divorce and have a restraning order put on him. she will get the house, the kids, the money, the 401 and the simpathey of family and friends. little will be remembered of the original “problem” and the focus will be on her future and what we can as a community do to help her become a productive member of the village again ( as if she ever was ). isn’t that special? gotta love america!

The defence will claim she was giving after-school sex education and the city Council will vote her a large grant to put it on a more permanent footing. That or she will be given credit toward a female teacher certificate. Possibly both.

Should we start a betting pool on how light a sentance she will get? I am going to put my money down on 3 years.
