Gays and Tony Blair Make War on Religious Freedom

We’ve warned our readers that same-sex unions will become a club to beat back religious freedom, and it’s happened again-this time in the United Kingdom.  Yesterday, Tony Blair’s cabinet made the decision to deny adoption agencies owned by the Catholic Church to “opt out” of new laws banning discrimination against homosexual couples. This means Catholic adoption agencies will be required to place children with homosexual couples or be put out of business.  No exemptions will be given, even though this violates the religious freedoms of the Catholic Church, which holds that households led by a homosexual couple are not a healthy place for raising children.According to Spero News, “While the Catholic Church of England and Wales forewarned that the decision to require Catholic agencies to provide adoption services to homosexuals would result in their closing, Archbishop Mario Conti, speaking for the Church in Scotland, has insinuated that the Church plans on fighting the decision.

“Conti, the Archbishop of Glasgow and Vice-president of the Scottish Bishops Conference said late last week that agencies would continue to work as normal, and that it would be the government that forced them to close by not allowing them to work within their conscience.”

We saw a similar situation last spring when the Boston Catholic Charities was forced to close their doors to adoption after decades of good work.  Consider this a portent of things to come unless citizens stop this ill wind that is blowing.

As in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and assorted other western countries, who the heck do these people think they are? Governments everywhere have fallen into a delusion of superiority when they are in fact barely adequate.

Govenments, like any organism, grow. They get into areas that are none of their damn business, wresting power from the People, exercising an Authority that the people haven’t given to them.

The Revolution is coming and the Blahs of the world will get their comeuppence.

Homos having kids in the UK is, of course, the normal thing to do. What a deal for a young boy to grow up with a man that thinks the boy’s anus is a sex organ. If you get to thinking the UK is too progressive, just remember we have the North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) dedicated to homosexual rape of boys. Such is tolerance of alternative lifestyles. Will there be any objection from the beastophobes?
