I guess the government will now have to provide free Klashnikov's, RPG's, and ammo to the trapped jihaadist as if they do not they are violating their free exercise of religion. They will also need to allow these non documented groups funding grants for roadside IEDs. At least they can establish a 90 waiting period on a pallet of C-4 just by the beureaucratic lag time. So they are closing the Guest Jihaadist Program?!
