Google cannot censor a video. Google is a private entity. Censoring is defined as prior restraint by a governmental entity. The government – and the government alone – has the power to censor.

As a private individual, if someone does something which you deem objectionable, be they words, speech, or anything else, you may deny them the use of your property, facilities, or resources to continue to do that. You are not obliged to listen to them.

This is freedom. Kindly extend that to others as well. Google- as a private entity – is likewise entitled to that same freedom.

Your “Communist China” comparison is not merely inappropriate, but full of hysterical hyperbole, and makes the whole of your argument fatally flawed since it proceeds from a false premise.

 

Since he will probably exercise his privilege here to remove my comment.  Just saying…

But that will be “different.”
