U.S. House Final Tally: Jihadists 246, U.S. Troops 182

In what will surely go down in history as a dark, dark day for America, the Democrat-run U.S. delivered a staggering blow to our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The vote was 246 for the Jihadists, 182 for U.S. Troops.

Here:

Democrats have been wishing for a redux of Vietnam–it looks as though they finally forced it.

Meanwhile, Osama bin Laden, CAIR, the ACLU, the DNC, and other enemies of America are celebrating the U.S. surrender.

To quote one unidentified Jihadist, things have not been this good since Harry Reid “killed” the Patriot Act.

Woe be unto all that love America–she is wobbling and may be about to go down for the count!

Stumble It!

They will regret this vote one day. They will try to disown it when it is seen for what it is, but they are already on record. 246 just voted as the terrorists would have voted.

It took America over 8 years to discover it had accomplished nothing in Vietnam but 50,000 dead soldiers and countless dead civilians. When we pulled out, there was no domino effect, and the instability and failure of Communism became apparent from the 1980s up until its collapse in 1991.

Do we have to have four more years of war in Iraq to discover what everybody already knows now?

Kennedy took the country to war in something of an honest effort to stop the metastasis of the communist/socialist cancer that has killed 10’s of millions. Vietnam was lost when the politicians passed the rules of engagement that prevented the military from doing what needed to be done. In league with idiotic pols who thought they were more expert than the generals were the sniveling media whiners like Walter Comkite, and Dan Blather, both of whom did all in their power to undermine the effort. Thankfully, Ronald Reagan came to power with a foreign policy that caused the collapse of the soviet empire–a leader like Reagan comes along only once in a century. Even China has seen the beacon of capitialism burning far brighter than the failed communist/socialist sytem.

Ronald Reagan is given too much praise for ending the cold war - Harry Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Nixon were also clold warriors who did a lot to end the war. But in the end, Communism collapsed because it is a flawed ideology, unable to sustain itself and its people.

Let me tell you, the soldiers don’t doubt we can win. Only the whimpy libs “know” we can’t win.

And “no domino effect?” Have you ever heard of Cambodia - oh sorry - I forgot facts don’t matter. But then again, I’m sure it was all America’s fault there as well.

Even if our reps thought we couldn’t win, why broadcast our defeatism to our enemy? Why not do a quiet protest directly to the president. We all know why. This destructive act only serves to embolden our enemies (who must be celebrating as I type) and risk our soldiers’ lives.

hey buddy, i know people in Iraq, and they aren’t stupid (regardless of what John Kerry says). My friends there tell me that things have gotten worse, and the people who have served more than one tour of duty say that crucial time was lost in the first six months-year, and since then things have only gotten worse. If you had a tour of duty after the Golden Mosque bombing, you saw sectarian violence get even worse.

If you love war so much dunawayf, strap on a vest and drive down a dark basra road, but don’t tell me the troops want to be there. No 18 year old in their right mind wants to spend prom night in Kirkuk.

This sounds like Democrat Speak where they say they love the troops and then insult them. By your logic any young American that wants to serve and protect their country is out of their mind.

No they are not. It is just that liberals can’t comprehend patriotism.

I retired not too long ago. I know MANY military members that have been to Iraq and they only have two problems. One is liberal media that keeps repeating bad news and never reports any of the good. And the other is politicians who have been limiting their operations for over two years.

There have been problems the last two years, but that is because politicians started telling our troops how to conduct raids, which bad guys they can’t arrest, saying they can’t attack areas that may have Iranian government officials or religious leaders, and other things that politicians suck at doing.

I believe politicians should decide when to declare war as the Constitution requires. After that they need to get the hell out of the way and let the military do what it does better than any other. If the politicians had not got in the way the first six months of this war would have been the majority of the war. We should have gone in with 300,000 troops like the military wanted to.

My closest friends are telling me that the gloves have finally been taken off in the last 10 days and that is why Sadr and most insurgent leaders are running. They know that if the politicians(of both parties) aren’t holding our troops back there is no way they can fight us.

Our military has never failed. It is only the politicians that have failed to accomplish their mission in Iraq.
