Nobody’s Opinion: Okay…how did you guys miss this?
I’ve been reading all the comments for quite a while now, how men are screwed by the courts, how the women are just using the men.
Their children are stolen away.
SO…how did you guys miss this?
Was it the trees? Was it the forest? Was it the big boobs of Anna Nicole being taking off the earth such a loss? Was it the fact that the man stealing another man’s baby is …ooops…wait…there is no villainous woman here.
I guess since Howard K. Stern is a man…it just didn’t compute. (WE DARE NOT TRASH A MAN.)
Did the point that a man was basically depriving another man of his own child, never to have any say or control, or even hope of seeing his child again in his lifetime….even come into your mind?
What, a man named Larry Birkhead…doesn’t count for some reason?
Isn’t Larry, Anna’s longtime boyfriend, a lot like many men?
Something tells me, if Howard K. Stern was the one who had died, and Anna had moved to the Bahamas to keep the baby from Larry Birkhead, who claims to be the natural father, there might be a few grunts of disapproval, but not much, because…
She was such a beauty.
You guys have to get your mind on the real story here.
Your missing a great opportunity to promote just how outrageously screwed up the courts are against men.

What’s that you say? Why, this is ONLY one of the biggest opportunities in decades to promote the rights of men vs. the courts waving it’s SOS sign right in front of YOUR FACES, and yet…no where did I hear an outcry.
No seething articles against fathers being deprived of their child.
Someone tell me where they are.
No where are there battalions of men on the march for the injustices being done to a father…a father we watched all week saying with sincere heartfelt exclamations…
“I missed her birth, I have missed SO much. I not even allowed to watch her grow up.â€
“I am the father. I want my child.â€
“I WANT the paternity test.â€
Okay, guys—(sigh).I guess it’s going to take a woman to help you out…you’re all lost at the moment in your lamentations of how screwed up women are. I know…life is hard. (Said with tongue in cheek.)
What was done to this young man is nothing short of outrageous. He has a long time affair with a sex starlet. Great sex, big lust, then…love.
Most of the time, that’s how it all starts off.
Then, Anna has a miscarriage of their “first child.†The loss was hard on him too, and yet all the time, the focus is on her. Poor drugged up Anna.
He goes to the hospital, where she is pregnant with their second child. All the time, in the background, even sleeping on the couch downstairs, on the floor, under the bed, it’s Howard the pusherman.
Howard keeps her drugged up so much, that she can’t live without drugs. She finally chooses drugs over Larry.
In fact, she is so drugged up that her own son dies in her hospital room right before her own eyes, and she has no clue what happened.
Can you even imagine what Larry is going through? (Well, of course you can.)
The mom is dead, her son is dead…and the lawyer takes Larry’s daughter to the Bahamas so that Larry can’t touch her.
Remember, Howard K. Stern has pretty much admitted he’s not the biological dad.
BUT he has the audacity to put his name on the birth certificate as the biological father because he knows the laws in the Bahamas make him the dad, and he gets the money.
If there was no money with this child, she would have been in her real father’s care by now. Come on.
The motive for Howard, the upstanding man who gets no criticisms from any man on the earth…. (Or on this site) is the fact that he wants to continue to live on welfare all his life, yes—on Anna’s money.
Just like all those millions of women who feel it’s their god-given right to be supported.
She may not have worked hard for that money, but something tells me, she worked harder than Howard did.
This nobody thinks, that being this is such a national issue, if all the men would get together and start talking about this poor guy Larry Birkhead and start giving him some moral support: if men would start talking about how Larry is being deprived of his child (never mind it’s a man doing it) maybe some of the court rulings would start changing more in favor of the men.
That’s how my friend Lee Salk did it. He used the press.
Lee Salk stood up to the courts. He had a long and nasty battle in New York for his own kids, and he won. His actions in the courts and his battles in the press got the advancements for the few men who do get custody of their children.
You’ve got to battle….
If Lee Salk were alive today, Lee would have spoken out vehemently on the actions of this courts ruling, and the fact that the real father was being deprived of his child.
The fact that Anna Nicole Smith and her lawyer were not only drug addicts, but almost everything that Howard K Stern has done…shows that he probably had a hand in two deaths, should be the issue here.
For all of Larry Seidlin, the compassion judge, crying about the child, he did nothing to protect her.
My god, this poor child. This poor man.
So, here I am, a nobody woman, trying to wake you guys up.
THIS is when you fight. What are you waiting for?
A man who’s life is about to be changed forever very soon, needs you. Let him be a voice for all men getting the shaft.

Nobody’s Perfect— I know many of you probably haven’t been following the trial, due to the nature of the press…but still, there is a big story here that is being underplayed.
Nobody Knows— I think Larry Birkhead’s lawyer,(Debra Opri) who happens to be a woman, is one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. She put most of the men to shame. She is going to file for kidnapping and good for her. I give her credit, and Larry was a very wise man to choose her.
Nobody Cares— Really…there doesn’t seem to be any outrage at all about the most interesting facts of the case, which is not that Anna Nicole Smith died like her idol Marilyn Monroe, but that her child is being kidnapped illegally just for the money, and getting away with it, because…well…you tell me why.
Nobody Wins—The paternity case in the Bahamas for Anna’s Nicole Child will be held in closed doors this week. If Howard Stern wins the child under the Bahamas Courts, and if there is not an outrage here in the United States, then once again, not much will change.

A typical female analysis – blame it all on the man! This whole article wreaks to me of typical female manipulation.
There is no villinous woman? Give me a break! Howard K. Stern may have been influencing Anna Nicole Smith, but SHE was the one in charge and SHE was the one who moved to the Bahamas to keep Larry Burkhead out of their child’s life. Stern may have been advising Anna Nicole (I heard he’s a lawyer), but SHE was in charge. In fact, another guy has already admitted that Anna Nicole asked him to put his name on the birth certificate to screw Burkhead and he refused. So Stern wasn’t even her first choice.
I agree with a lot of what you said, but I sure wouldn’t do anything when it’s so obviously dripping with such out-and-out female manipulation. I have a mind of my own and am not your puppet. You don’t see anything on TV about this because the media is wall to wall liberals and pro-woman’s choice, no matter what.
Anna Nicole was no less than a pig for what she did (and dumb as nails to boot), just like all American women are brought up to be in this country. She just played the game as she was taught.

P.S. Is it possible anymore in America these days for a woman to ask for support in a cause without intimating how smart and superior she is and how stupid and inferior we men are?
I bet this author would never in a million years talk to her woman friends this way in a similar situation where she was asking for their support. Never happen! Not even close.
And please don’t tell us that this is only a man’s cause. One of the main goals of the feminists is to destroy marriage and the family, so the more men get screwed, the more women are being screwed right along with us men. The biggest problem is that women are too stupid in most cases to realize what’s really happening and men are in most cases, too busy making a living to realize what’s happening. Plus, men have to be careful not to look off-the-wall with activism and jepardize their jobs. Women’s jobs, in most cases, are a lot easier to replace if fired because they’re most often in the lower-paying jobs.

well, correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this article based on the assumption that Howard K Stern is NOT the father? I mean, that’s the whole basis of the paternity tests. I know it’s unlikely, but it’s as of yet unknown.
At this point, nobody knows who the daddy is for certain, so it’s unfair to say person x is trying to steal person y’s baby. It’s possible that both men honestly believe they are the daddy’s father, and that’s a testament to the lifestyle choices of Ms. Smith.

Personally, I’ve not been following the story. Sure, it is impossible not to catch snippets here and there, but I’ve tried not to get caught up in the silliness of it all.
I was under the understanding that a paternity test was needed to determine the Dad? Among all the craziness of the Anna Nicole tragedy, I doubt there is any chance that the destruction of the Father/child relationship could ever make it through the noise.

This Stern fellow is a shite. Anna was a manipulator, right, just as he is, and she did with her own body what she wanted to do as is her ‘right’ according to the femonazis. The father has no rights and this is a just case that should be pursued.
That no one has had a paternity test is ludicrous and ought to be the basis for any action or call for action. Paternity testing ought to be mandatory for everyone. Stern is a thief. Let’s not beat around the bush here. He is a nasty little shite who deserves not a shred of sympathy from men. Is he worse than Anna? I can’t split the difference. Both were main-chance money-grubbers, gold-diggers with no thought for anyone but themselves. They certainly cared not a whit for the children.

Time will tell. If she wins for Larry, she will get the praise she deserves, = if he is the father. She might even raise lawyers’ reputation an inch or two from below ground level. I have no idea of her track record nor of her putting men to shame (that by itself is not a cause for praise). But my guess is that she is in it for some of the money too, rather than principle. Sure as hell is hot and polythene dogs stand no chance there, a male lawyer fighting this case for Larry has no chance either.

How can a woman who is stoned off her face and thinks she is god’s gift to men be attractive?

I’m astounded by the number of men who have come out of the wood work to claim paternity.
What surprises me is the issue of parternity has not been settle by now and it should have been settle weeks ago.
There is a saying that possesion is 9/10th of the law and hopefully Anna emerged from her drug induced haze long enough to tie her childs inheritence up so that only her child can get it.
Any man who let that video of Anna (or any woman) with the painted face and off her face, be shown in public deserves to be publicly flogged and hung, it was pathetic.

This miracle is rivaled by the other miralce which occurred in 2005, when American teenager Natalee Holloway was the only person during that whole year who was reported “missing”. **note: statistics about world wide deaths during three week period inferred from newscasts of all major US networks.

- don’t marry American women
- don’t reproduce with them
- don’t even allow them to move in with you
- don’t date single mothers
- don’t pay their bills

Thanks for taking the time.
I found myself, over years, arguing that children needed their fathers and that reason they had a right to them, as much as the mother did. Then one day I realized that the women were arguing that “mom’s had a right” and “need” biologically, to their children and not only did the children need moms, but moms needed children while both derived love, a sense of purpose, joy… and I thought, ya, me too, men too, how did I miss that.
Children have a right and so do fathers.

This article is another attempt at humour, right. If it isn’t it has all the marks of the usual female attitude towards men and the usual assumtion that women make, “we know what your thinking”, when in reality you really have no clue at all.
Smith to me is just another blond with anna-tude and a “the world rotates around me” attitude. Nothing more.
To take it for granted that every male waits with bated breath for some sign of recognition from that manipulator is another erroneous assumption.
Your arrogance shines through again with your glib attitude towards Father’s as well as men’s rights in particular.

Joyanna, I like you, but methinks thou protesteth too much.
My concerns are and always has been how this insane family law system affects those of ordinary income and means.
Wealthy celebrities are in their own world and always have been. The Lame Stream Media (or Drive By Media if you prefer Rush’s take on the MSM) covers these celebrities and their antics for the obvious purpose of distraction from the issues that truly matter.
Still, to me it very instructive that Judge Seidlin cares more about Anna Nicole being released for burial before she rots too much for public viewing, then he does for ordering a paternity test ASAP to put a quick end to the BS sideshow about all these men claiming to be the father.
Seems I remember Janet Reno got such a facility set up in Dade County. Send the father wannabes there along with baby Danielynne and get it done.
So much for the best interests of the child being paramount.

And I happen to agree with your premise. Men should be trying to force the end of this unseemly mess by doing the logical, right thing: having a paternity test ASAP.
This situation does show the absurdity of our MSM, the culture, and the courts.
Men should have picked up on this. But it’s so silly and distasteful, most men don’t even want to deal with it.
I do agree with the statement that HKS didn’t force drugs on ANS, she did it to herself.

The premise is totally absurd Joyanna. If you cannot see the flaws in an analogy comparing the ANS fiasco with a married couple getting a divorce and the woman screwing them man out of his kids, then you are not capable of linear thought.
Steven Guess even put on a solid point, that being you are assuming the identity of the father…a variable usually not present in the rants of the wronged here at MND.
Either you are making a type of humor that is so veiled I cant see it, or your anger has finally gotten the best of you. I picture you now, reading MND daily and boiling over the valid generalizations men make here, then just waiting to pounce and show us how we are all hypocrits.
Its actually a decent lesson in feminine vs. masculine debate, whereby the MRM is based on the fact that the courts are OVERWHELMINGLY slanted TOWARDS the women, we do not claim men are losers 100% of the time, rather its more like 98.5% of the time. So even if your analogy held, its still fallacious to expect us to soften our statitically borne out claims based on the one data outside the norm.

There is NOWHERE that men have a voice. No one will give men any time at all the speak out about any issues concerning the sorry state of marriage and our society. Men are truly powerless in the media- even the internet. Most of even the internet is shockingly PC and completely biased towards Feminism. If you go on even most ‘debate’ websites (Volconvo is an example)and mention anything about any of this you will be automatically labeled a ‘misogynist’ and banned. In my case I was banned for life just for pointing out in the hazards of getting married for a man. It’s INSANE. It’s a big part of how we’ve gotten here. Plus, nauseatingly, women have 200,000 daytime hours of mindless daytime talk shows that only address their issues. Why? Because men are away at work supporting their fat, psych medicated wives worshipping the strictly average I.Q.(by male standards) of an Oprah. If radio or T.V. stations allow anyone to make statement that are anti-feminist or anti-mother/female whatever, the feminists will run a smear campaign against them- they use the dirtiest tactics like any other hate group like the KKK. A recent example was the article written by the fellow at Forbes in regards to ‘Never Marry a Career Woman.’ He was immediately asailed in the media and his character assaulted & intimidation tactics were used against him and he almost lost his job, and was forced to make a public apology. I can only imagine how that felt.

Also I forgot to mention the simple fact that there are no venues that men have to where there is a female audience or at least half female audience specifically, because women make up half of the population and men and women can’t even agree on what the issues even ARE, much less resolve them. Whenever debating with women and discussing these most important of issues, I’m always struck by how juvenile, bizarre and irrational women become (?) It suddenly feels like I’m back on the playground and I’m in the 6th grade again (?) It’s just strange & these women- you know they are lucid and able to make reasonably sane decisions concerning purchases or what not and then suddenly their I.Q. drops to zero in a public forum/debate concerning male/female relationship issues.

Windle, I could not possibly agree more with you.
Those individuals who run such “open” discussion forums have usually been mindlessly steeped in political correctness to the point where “free speech” has been relegated to subservience to the “terms of service” for those forums.
Feminazis (and their allies) use precisely the tactic that you mention: label anyone speaking out on behalf of men as “misogynist” in order to have them banned from those forums.
Just about every other repressive regime from the 20th century that you care to name used similar tactics in order to stifle opposition before making overt moves to gain control over a society.
First, they gain control over the argument in both the media and in the educational system by having a group willing to shout down or intimidate opposition.
One of the most effective tactics was to officially equate content that they disagree with as “-hatred”.
……. all the while foisting their own version of -hatred (in this case, the feminazis are pushing misandry).

Rog, I thought that once a birth certificate was signed, the person on that document could not be removed as the responsible party? How many husbands have found out that they aren’t the biological father but still had to pay support? I’m sorry, I forgot THAT is done to do what is in the slut wife’s errrrrrrrrrr child’s best intrest.

True for the most part Greg. But in the case of celebs (and I use that label VERY loosly), and millions of dollars… Well, you know… the rules are different.
Remember, if enough $$ is involved, logic (as in immediate paternity tests) and what is right goes out the window.

Let’s wait and see who the father is. Now even O.J. Simpson is claiming paternity. It could be true. Rich blond white woman named Nichole dies suddenly and mysteriously. Deja vu?
